Three weeks have passed, and no one has responded. Two to three business days. This is the kind of business it is. First, the company offers defective goods and is unreachable since it has no contact information. When you send a message through the app, no one responds, and when you come here to contact them, nothing happens.

I have yet to receive my refund, and this issue has been ongoing for months with repetitive back-and-forth communication. It appears that there's a continuous cycle of blame between oo.com.au and the seller. Kindly address my concerns through your seemingly neglected app messaging system.

I'm unsure why there's no response on the app, but that's okay. If you want me to message you here, I can do that. I'm not sure why it's taking this long, almost six months now. I've checked my Afterpay account and got an email confirming that no refund has been issued. I have a screenshot from Afterpay, but I don't see any option to attach it here. You can check your official app; I've also sent a message there with the Afterpay screenshot, which confirms that no refund has been processed. Please stop wasting everyone's time and refund the money as we agreed. As I mentioned earlier, if I don't receive any proof confirming that the refund has been processed from your end, I will lodge a complaint with Fair Trading on Monday.

You don't seem to understand, and I'm not sure if that makes you a person or a robot. As stated in your previous correspondence, the money has not been refunded. I checked my Afterpay account, but nothing appeared. As a result, either you can provide me with confirmation that the money has been refunded, or I will be filing a complaint with Fair Trading tomorrow afternoon. Stop wasting my time. Hi I placed an order for a stick vacuum this morning and accidentally ordered 2, I contacted customer service straight away and they rely it will take up 1-2 days for a reply and by then my order will be dispatched or delivered. There is no contact phone number as well. I often by online ( my deal) ect but I have never had such a problem trying to get support

Good luck, but my experience is they will ignore you, or keep giving you a response that does not provide assistance or a solution. They will continue to act this way and are not reputable to deal with, so don't expect them to sincerely help and resolve this matter. I will never deal with them again.

Hi Marie, You will need to login using the original email address first. Once you have logged in , click on "My Personal Details" and then change your email address and password. Then, click on save. Once this is completed, you should be able to login using the new email address and password.

I’m sorry that the item you picked were refunded. I would like to explain on why this has occurred. When an order is placed with us, we are not able to anticipate any issue with the stocks we are to receive from our supplier. During the picking and packing process, should there are any short falls or any issues with the item you purchase we will then provide you with a refund. You will also receive an email stating that your order has been unfulfilled advising a refund will be done.

In regards to your refund enquiry for the Blossom Freedom Sneaker, I have checked and could see that you have opt for the instalment payments. Upon checked, you have only payed up to 2 out of the 4 instalment. The total order is $37.95. You have only paid $18.97 in total. Therefore, you will only receive the refund for the total amount that you have paid for this item. Please provide us with the order number for the shoes that you would like to return. Once we receive your reply, we will look into this and will advise you further on how to return them back to us.
