Has anyone received a percentage off refund they offer? This company is so bad! They are offering me a 30% off refund. Based on the reviews, is this better than nothing? Or again, just NOTHING?
I don't even know of they are telling the truth with the percentage off refund. They went up to offering 20% on my purchase. The recent e mails are stating that their whatsoever is undergoing construction and they can't accept returns at this time. I then suggested that had nothing to do with a refund. No replies in two days
They offered me multiple levels of refund, starting at 15% and going up to 40%. None ever were received. They are scammers and liars. I don't believe anything they say.
Orthofake must be put out of business ASAP!

Perhaps if we have an attorney amongst us disgruntled, cheated customers, we can file a class action against Orthofake! What say you D?
Is OrthoFit BBB Accredited?
Nope! They have 8 recent BBB complaints against them and nothing has been rectified. The BBB says they won’t respond back to their letters. How is this company allowed to lie on their website to innocent people and get away with it?

I just got scammed too. Disgusting company, they should be ashamed of their business practices. Can you believe they refused to issue me a refund based on the fact that I tried the shoe on and discovered they were too big, so they consider that “used” and not returnable? What a joke!
I returned my shoes because they were to small. They said to email the tracking number which I tried to do, at least 25 times. Each time the email was returned “email does not exist. I see that the shoes were left on the loading dock. Does anyone have a phone number?

Read All the negative reviews. I posted 2, orthofit is a scam, they lie, sell defective shoes, then won't refund. Call your credit card company & have them refund you your money & they will put it in dispute for you. Also you can turn them into the BBB & FAIR TRADE COMMISSION. Those theives need to be stopped!
Agreed. I returned my shoes almost a month ago, and my emails get returned to me as undeliverable. There is no other way to get in touch with them as far as I know. So frustrating!
I put dispute on the same day when I received. It is so cheap, looks like from Chinese shop . Spending lot of money and I get wrong cheap shoes written fashion on it
I ordered shoes on the 2nd of March, even got the protection if lost or stolen, they are stuck in another state since the 9th of March. I have never ordered like this before. I usually use Amazon
Good luck to you. I sent mine back and have made numerous attempts to contact their customer service, apparently the only way you can, via email to see when I may expect my refund. The emails keep getting returned to me as undeliverable. I had gotten them using the same email before the shoes were returned to find out how to return for the 30-day money back guarantee. So far, I've had zero luck.
Look at my review from a week ago & also read all the other reviews. THEY ARE A SCAM, THEY LIE, SEND CRAP SHOES & STEAL YOUR MONEY!

BE AWARE! This so called company is a scam.. They sell defective shoes, advertise false information about them. I have a complaint against them BBB. They fail to send return labels for the defective shoes, expect customer to pay for return shipping, lie, one so called customer service rep says one thing another one says they will refund, another says NO we can't refund and you have to pay for shipping back, Total bullshit! then they offer 20% off. FOR FKNG SHOES THAT ARE DEFECTIVE & CAN'T WEAR. The shoes.I received was, One was bigger, neither one fit, they came in plastic bag inside plastic shipping bag, plastic tag that obviously held a pair together was hanging on one, they had been pulled apart from probably another size then put in bag, red hair strands inside one shoe. yuk! AND the insoles are a thin piece of cardboard, which is NOT in any way supportive of your arch, foot!! Also looked used! SO my credit card company has this in dispute and I do not have to pay . They do a reversal charge which will cost that dishonest company more money than if they would have just sent return label. They are beyond unprofessional, don't know jack shit about anything except scaming the customer & taking their money. MANY BAD REVIEWS! Ask for a return label, GOOD LUCK!
You’ll need to contact customer service and they will send you an address to return them to. Although that address is in China, and you’ll need to pay for tracked shipping and send them the tracking number. Once they’ve received them they claim they’ll refund you. No guarantee you’ll get your money back, though. I chose not to do this, kept the shoes and gave them to charity instead, as shipping was almost as expensive as the shoes.
They sent me a return address in California and told me to contact them with the tracking information and also to let them know when the tracking said it haf arrived. Well, according to the tracking, they've arrived to that destination, wherever that may be, and every time I email them, it bounces back saying it's undeliverable, that the domain name doesn't exist. So, some poor schlub in California got these garbage sneakers.

This is the message I have gotten every time I have tried to email them to tell them the return has been delivered per tracking. Address not found Your message wasn't delivered to support@theorthofit.com because the domain theorthofit.com couldn't be found. Check for typos or unnecessary spaces and try again.
The messages have been sent using reply to the email thread with "customer service, Jasmine". Here is the email I received from her with the "return address". I googled the address, and it is a warehouse somewhere in CA.

I have been told my shoes are shipped, but given NO tracking number! They claim these shoes are for seniors to be a comfortable fit and correct the way you walk. I have been waiting since Aug. I have written them several times. How do I get my shoes. They are still advertising OrthoFit shoes daily on FaceBook. I usually by everything on Amazon, but it’s hard to find my size; 11 1/2 W.
I sized up to an 11. They were still way too short and way too narrow although I put my foot on the outside of the sole in my stocking foot. For say claimed that my boots had been worn if "tried" but not so because I read the return policy. Then they offered to return to me 15% 20% 40% @ the last offer was 65% and keep the boots. I'm going to accept this after reading the horror stories about returns.
Does anyone have the return address they are not responding to my request for it. It’s not on there site there was no paperwork with the shoes my husbands shoes are 3 inches shorter then his shoes. I wasn’t going to take 15% of the 100.00 they received.
Call your credit card company tell them it's a scam and they'll refund your money back that's what I did. Don't pay postage to return back. You can also show reviews of everyone being scammed by this company
Bingo ! I had similar experience. They are theives, idiots. A major scam.. I called my credit card company, I don't have to pay. All I can say to anyone. Don't buy anything from them!
