I Sent an email about the tracking number supplied by Osmo two days ago have had no response tracking number doesn't show anything on Australia Post app told them to click on the number in their own email it doesn't work their either disgraceful customer service where paying the money show some respect

Coop, you should have read the reviews, just go to support down the bottom, you normally have to wait about 2 weeks for it, and you will be so so disappointed, inferior product, I have spend $65 dollars to send it back!!!! I have been the manager of housekeeping in most major hotels, this is crap

What is the best way to have the site banned from online advertising? Should everyone make a complaint to the ACCC? The company is making fraudulent claims on their website - calling themselves Australian, 100% guarantee, warranty - all these things are contingent on your expense, not theirs! Doesn't that constitute fraud?

They have since communicated that they will provide a full refund. It shouldn't be that hard though and they need to update their site.

This company states it is Australian, however, no invoice received. I requested an invoice which was not as per Australian standard. No ABN for tax purposes. The contact number in Australia is a dental surgery apparenly the highjacked the number. This is illegal! Has this been reported?

They are not Australian. They ship cheap products from China. My experience was that they are unscrupulous and sell junk

I've too just been duped on Blood Pressure Unit they claim Australian and Clinically validated to elderly this is disgusting and misleading!

Scammed as well. $299 for a vacuum cleaner that came in a box no bigger than 30cm by 20cm and weighed about 1kg ..... I was like, is this a joke!! Then Osmo have the cheek to tell me they stand by the quality of their products hahaha. Omg! I got sucked in with this one, thats for sure!
