Yes Robyn, Happened everytime these shonky people deliver things. They always go missing. I hope you do get your parcel.

I think Temu is trying to sort it for me. But the freight company is hard to find and does not reply if you send a message to track. Why have a track button to press, but not reply. I asked Temu to contact them and ask for a re delivery and wrote and told them of the sign on my front door. Please deliver parcels behind this door and shut it on your way out. I think that is pretty clear. I get deliveries here fairly often and other companies always put my parcel in the box in the patio area, then shut the door on their way out. I had issues with the last delivery from this company. I remember it well. So about half an hour ago, it is 9.30 pm now on Thursday, a message came through showing my order and says sent back to the depot? Anyway after that I got a message to contact them just click here on my phone, and a lady asked me why I wanted my parcel delivered again. I said it has not been delivered the first time as yet! So maybe she can sort it. Between her n Temu I might get a re delivery? See what happens in the next few days.

I am going thru similar issues right now, I'm not happy at all...because i applied for a reissue thru pfl temu cant refund at the moment, also their office for perth is in welshpool im in rockingham over and hour away, I'm not sure where you are

This is the same question I have too. Is there anyone knows their address in hobart? Or the company they use as an agent?

i dont think there is a site in Hobart. I eventually received my package on the 18th of Feb at 12.00pm. PFLogistics, however, did not change their tracking advice, it still advises that package was delivered on 11 Feb at 7-37pm. I kept sending messages of non receipt through their website where they advised that 'there is a glitch in their system' and also confirmed that package was still in their warehouse. No mention was made which warehouse.

No there isn’t a number because they tell you they tried to deliver but had problems with address which is total rubbish. I have no choice but to drive to Welshpool tomorrow from Mandurah because they don’t want to

If your trying to say the reason it took so long was because you 'attempted Delivery' then why wasn't it left at front door as it was today at last, and why is there nothing on my cameras?, and why was there no notification, no card left, no email, no Text message, and nothing on my cameras, the answer is: today was the first time your driver came to my home.

They held my delivery for 2 weeks at the depot 20 minutes from the delivery address, they are badly organised or just don't care abd dont respond.

Thank you , I see they have massive cages stacked with parcels with no organisation at all and when I have been their no one seems to be working or doing anything, I’ve been their twice this week and I feel like they are laughing at me

I'm going there today to BNE Depot. I've been waiting 3 weeks now! Did they at least look for your package? This is so disappointing to hear. Maybe we need to show up in numbers.

No they didn’t look for it but I suggest going anyway to put the pressure on.

Having exactly the same problem today and package arrived last week in BNE. Where is the depot? Can you provide address please I'll have to go see them.

Just be careful if you want go ahead with that company, you need to have a metal proof nerve.

Personally, I wouldn't waste any time on this unprofessional company.

Which state are you in? I’m in Queensland, I ended up having to write a let to their Qld address to finally get them to respond via email as no phone contact available. They were useless. It got the better of me, I thought you are not going to keep my package. I ended up driving quite a distance to their depot. Huge with no signage of the company name just the numbered letters on the street. I was approached by a man and I said I’m here to pick up a parcel. He walked me into a small office and said wait. He was Chinese. I finally got my parcel. They said it was not in there delivery area that’s why it hadn’t been delivered.mi said what, so what is your delivery areas, the response was we only have 5 and could not tell what they were. All the workers there that i saw were Chinese, speaking in Chinese to each other.wouldn’t surprise me if it’s just a cover up from drug smuggling. So disgusted with them…that’s all I can say

@simana B i tried to email them so many times but no luck not even opened might be. I bought from temu more than 25items. never had any issues with other temu delivery just pfl.
