Hi all it looks like I have the same thing. 27 of June I ordered. I haven't heard a thing at all not even an out of stock. Can someone give me their email as the one I have doesn't exist. NOT HAPPY JAN

I reported them to Fair Trading NSW online and then let Find Cheap Perfumes know this. Then I emailed every day demanding my money back. I felt very uncomfortable doing this but eventually it worked!

I just submitted a refund request through Paypal against this site and I've only just noticed that the website that's loaded and showing on the transaction is for perfumecharge.com so completely different to the site I actually purchased from. Has anyone else noticed this in their dealings with these dodgy company?

I have reported this scam website to Google, and accc.gov.au and productreview.com.au, i have even told auda.org.au and afilias.com.au

You was lucky when you paid via paypal

I’m been told my money would be refunded but no money come back they are no longer responding to my emails regarding my refund and in email they say they don’t have a contact number to talk about this matter .

Put in a dispute with your financial institution or Pay Pal that is what I am doing now as of Wednesday next week if I dont get my long awaited and promised refund. Im not holding my breath.

For all people in Australia report them to Fair Trading in your state. You should get a refund quick smart. We do NOT make them wait days and weeks to get payments from us, why should we wait to get refunded?

It looks like most of the time the company tells people they have stock, then takes people's money knowing they are out of stock, and shortly after informs their customers they just ran out of stock. They also try to delay refunds as long as possible. It looks like the company also has an extensive Google advertising plan on stock they must know they don't have in stock and they won't be getting. And the same pattern seems to be repeating over and over again. Therefore, I'm wondering what this company's real business actually is? In my opinion they don't even have an intention to sell perfume to anyone. The few 4 and 5-star reviews in which people said they received their products must be paid reviews. So does the company "borrow" money from perfume buyers without interest and invest the money meanwhile while clients wait for a refund for several weeks? Or what do you think their business is all about?

I have asked them on a few occasions to remove their ad from google as it is false advertising. They told me they have but as you can see the ad is still there

Do they provide free delivery when you purchase a certain amount of perfumes?

Obviously this business is taking money under false pretense! They know there is no STOCK and keep taking the MONEY!! I paid for perfume on the 12/12/18 and they will not respond to my emails. Who do I and so many others contact to find out about the missing monies? Can you help us please?

Hope you've already gotten your money back. Have you? If not, I'd send them one last email and tell them if they won't issue a refund within a week, I'll take the matter further. Then I'd contact my bank and ombudsman and take the matter further. I'd also report the company to Google, so they will be banned from advertising going forward.

Don't hope you will get your money back, go and get it back. Ring your credit card supplier and ask to raise a recharge due to non delivery of goods. You may have to fill out a form, depending on your bank etc, but they will raaise a claim and if proof of delivery cannot be supplied you will get the charge reversed. The credit card companies are on your side and recharges are easily available. If you used paypal raise a claim and if they stuff you round hopefully you paid via credit card on paypal (the only way to do it) contact your credit card supplier and claim against paypal.

I have done the above more than once and always been satisfied with the result.

I contacted the company numerous times, but in the end I told them PayPal would be following up the transaction. Then the money was transferred. Thank you.
