Hi, how long is the contract of insurance? Is it yearly? Can I increase the annual limit, change the benefit % and annual excess after 1 year?
Hi Sophia, A policy period with Pet Circle Insurance is 1 year, but you are able to cancel anytime within that year. Benefit percentage and annual excess can be increased at renewal, although exclusion periods will apply to the increased portion and pre existing conditions may apply as usual.
Annual limit cannot be increased anytime after purchase, a new policy would be required. You are able to decreases your policy at any time though.

Do you do gap only? Where you can get pre approval while at the vets so you only have to pay the gap and you pay the rest of the vet bill straight to the vet ?
Hi sandy, great question, gap only is a product offered by another underwriter, we do not currently offer it. We find lots of vets unfortunately do not accept it, so we are looking at other options. We can pay your vet directly for you though, just give our customer service a call! Thanks Beth
