I was going to ask whether you layby and saw a similar question asked years ago.
From the response given, I'm going to assume you don't layby, which is a shame for those of us on low incomes that want good quality furniture but don't have the plastic to get it.
Would you please consider this option?
Hi Fee, Thank you for your enquiry, it is true Lay-by is not a service we can offer. We do, however, have great financial options that allow you to have the furniture you want now and another which is a courtesy and a service we do also offer. This option has special conditions and privileges, if your not ready to take the furniture you want now you can place it on the 'extended order'.
If you contact one of our stores our friendly staff will be more than happy to explain in further detail of either option.

In regards to how quickly we can deliver, firstly it depends if the item your interested in is in stock, and if so then where you are wanting this item to be delivered, as we have specific delivery days for metro area deliveries. If you would like one of our stores are able to assist you in this area which your more than welcome to call or pop in and try out our sofa bed options and discuss delivery.

Hi , I bought an Oxford queen size bed a few years ago from one of your stores. During a recent house move, I actually displaced the screws for the bed. Any idea if I can get replacement screws?
I would contact the store im sure they will be able to get you screws or source them for you. Hope this helps :)

I looked it up and yes all furniture made in australia from australian wood.
