I am still waiting for a replacement (cushion) for seat which was reported faulty in July 2019. Does it really take more than 6 months for an order from China. Never gets a satisfactory response when I call. I have the same issue as some of the customers with the sagging cushion.

You will have problems with sagging cushions.12 months and I could feel the outer frame when seated. Plush regard this as normal therefore not covered by their useless 10 year peace of mind warranty.

Purchased a Plush Austin Incliner two seater sofa with two Austin Incliner chairs. With all other recliners the leg rest extends so legs can be at 90 degrees ie flat and level whereas the Austins extend to a slight downwards facing angle and which I think is uncomfortable as your legs and feet drag downwards and a need to insert a cushion to achieve a 90 degree level extension. Why not extend to the full 90 degrees?

I have purchased an Austin Incliner sofa with two chairs and disappointed to find that unlike any other recliner I have known where the foot rest extends to a level and flat 90 degree angle, these finish short and with a slight downwards angle which is a lot less comfortable without a cushion to achieve a 90 degree flat level. Why not extend to 90 degrees?

HI Chris, we are sorry to read of your disappointment with your Austin recliner, due to the design and construction of the mechanism the manufacturer has used for this particular model does have a slight downward angle.

How can I stop the 100 billion feathers coming out of my Santa Monica that I bought for $4k a year and a half ago? I was happy to tolerate it as its extremely comfy when they aren't poking you from all angles but when my 10 month old starting eating them as they fall onto the ground, its starting to annoy me.

Wow. I have the exact same lounge I complained from
The day I recieved it and it’s been one year 50 plus calls alter and not one single god damn thing has been done about it. [name removed] the “team leader” at the customer service centre is an absolute joke. The whole customer service centre is a joke actually. I will never ever ever ever ever purchase another plush lounge again. They don’t even honour their own warranty and arguing for 13 months has gotten me no where. Not only are the feathers poking out, it’s excessive pilling and one cushion is higher than the other and sagging the lounger looks at least 8 years old. I spent $5000 for rubbish!!!!!!! In one whole year the team leader has not bothered to ever call me back I call the call centre to be told will be escalated some one will call back in 24/48 hours and nope no one calls back. Until I call again same cycle again. And they don’t. Reply to emails either. Would never recommend plush again.

Same thing happened to me, so peeeed off, $7500 for crap without any peace of mind warranty! Biggest fail ever!

How do you seperate Chaise and Sofa in the Plush Strand modulars?

1 answer
Plush Furniture
Plush Sofas A.Plush Furniture

Hi Leonie, as you look at the lounge start with the piece on the left side, lift from the bottom of the sofa (frame) up and then to the left, this will separate the pieces and also expose the connectors. To reconnect reverse the process. If you have any further questions please feel free to call our care team on 1300075874

I have a small graze on leather sofa (5c piece size) what is best to do? Thanks

Cathy K

Hi Casey
I had a similar problem some years ago I used a product like a shoe cleaner it was a clear wax for leather, if the graze has taken the top layer of leather off not sure if you can really fix that , alternatively if you have a good shoe repair place nearby it would be worth asking them if there are any new products on the market to help. Just make sure you regularly treat the leather to keep it from drying out and cracking. Hope that helps some

We have two Plush leather lounges and there 5 years old and still look brand new, no wear or sagging but I use the leather care every couple of months on them to keep them looking new and to condition the leather. Ive purchased the Phoenix 2 seater with chaise for the family room and expect the durability will be equal to the other two lounges.
