Sorry I have looked for it and can't find it. I did go onto their website and they no longer have their number listed, probably due to all the complaints. If you need to contact them because you are having problems with them my best advise is to ONLY EMAIL THEM so everything is in writing and then go to Fair Trading. The more complaints through Fair Trading the bigger chance of shutting them down. If I find their number I will post it here.

How did you pay for the item? If you paid via credit card then contact your bank and ask them to reverse the transaction. If you paid via PayPal then lodge a dispute. If you direct credited cash to their account then you may be in trouble.

It may be delayed due to the time of year. If you haven't received it after New Years I would contact them about it. You can also do as the above comment suggested with way of payment if you are unsuccessful in contacting them. After doing all of the above if you still haven't received it you can contact dept of fair trading. Poolstoredirect should have sent you a tracking number as all parcels posted with Australia post now have a tracking number regardless as to the type of postage. maybe ask them for this.
