Does Potiki still include monthly free tick/ free treatment? I saw that on the website roughly 1-2 months ago and was still deciding between companies. (its a big advantage compare to other companies) But I could not find that statement anywhere when I checked it today. Instead, the Potiki perks (?) which seems new to me. Besides, is Potiki the same as Pet insurance, they share almost the same policy, layout and price

I'm not a Potiki rep but I do have a policy with them. Potiki perks is great , they will send your chosen product every 6 months. I chose simparica trio worming ticks heartworm product. Potiki is different to pet insurance but they do work in collaboration with them. Hopefully a rep will be able to help more.

Thank you very much for your reply. Yeah, I think that's what I read before, every 6months delivery. However, it only says 'coming soon: discounted flea treatment' now. Perhaps they are no longer offering.

Do Potiki have a call centre in Australia or at all? I've found only email contact so far and no response to my email sent a week ago.... but coincidentally now getting promotional emails from them that I didn't receive before my email?

Hi Patricia, yes we do. However, it is the petinsurance.com..au's call center as we work in collaboration with them. You can call them on 1300 855 663. However, you need to state that you are with Potiki. Unfortunately, some people that call that line to get a Potiki policy do not end up on our books and then have issues receiving their Potiki Perks.
