Pete, I can only speak from my experience with Dani and Fadi, and I really couldn't have asked for a better service. Mine was a big job, and they did it excellently.

Dani & Andy did a good job, but the management is terrible. They called me and my family liars, saying they did not believe the two missing items ever existed. The last time my chainsaw was seen was by my son, it was sitting on the back of their truck. I don’t care how it and my sander went missing, I just want compensation for them. As a retiree I cannot easily afford to replace the $325.00 they cost.The measure of a good company is not wether it makes mistakes or not, it’s how they rectify them. This company just denies any responsibility on their part.

Approximately 5-10 working days with a full container load, or 15 to 20 working days with a shared container load.

A 2 bedder unit with a lift takes a full morning's worth of time to load.

Sorry I cannot help with this as I do not own the company Fast and Easy, I only utilised their services. As I am aware they only cover NSW. You will have to find someone closer to home to do what you ask.

Unfortunately we do not do international moves but we are more than willing to assist with any removal jobs within Australia :)

With regards to your move, the only additional cost would be a 30 min call out fee that is mandatory when you book a large truck, which is what you would require due to the size of your property and the distance between the pick up and drop off. Just to explain our additional charges, any customers living outside a 25 km radius of the Sydney CBD are subject to travel charges, fuel is charged if the truck has to travel over 50kms and we wrap mattresses for free but any other furniture items that need to be wrapped are chargeable. The logistics of every move vary, but you receive a booking confirmation when you book with us and all your information relevant to your move is explained in the terms and conditions - we dont hide any charges. For every one review that is received with a negative comment, there are twenty received that comment how pleased they are with our service.

I checked a couple of independent sources and one said you are currently being investigated for Fake Reviews on this site and Google.

Could that be why you can quote a 20/1 ratio which seems suspiciously high?

Dear concerned consumer, this is true. Quick and Easy have fake reviews everywhere including here, word of mouth and google. They are currently under investigation for posting fake reviews on Word of Mouth

As for Ibrahim Abbas, even your name is fake - We dont even have a record of a booking with you

We are now reporting this to Google and product review, and people who use these websites for honest feedback will see your true credibility

I encourage you wholeheartedly to report this to Google and product review.

It will assist in speeding up their investigations into your 1 review only 'clients' who post on the day they join and then never again.

There are no investigations, you are a serial pest who degrades the integrity of these websites that are heavily policed by the companies hosting them. Check your emails as all 3 websites have your details and will be forwarding you requests to stop posting these untrue accusations - The relentless nature of your responses will prove to the general public that there is no substance to your claims.

More dishonesty from Quick and Easy. You also broke Productreviews.com.au guidelines which state: "When making a report, please ensure that you keep the report confidential. Informing a reviewer or publicising that you are reporting them can cause disruptions in processing your report"

Ibrahim Abbas.... just throwing my view in the air, all are free to there own opinion . Reviewing through the google review it is very suspicious how its either 5* or 1 star. Almost to balance out the actual S**t customer experience one might have with "quick and easy". No normal company would have one or the other 1* or 5* it would be a normal balance. If your faking revieiws quick and easy at least be bloody intelligent about it and balance it out.

When can I expect an answer Quick & Easy? I can see you have been online replying to another disgruntled customer.

Yes Concerned Consumer, Quick and Easy have been reported for Fake reviews on this site, and many other sites. They have also been reported to the ACCC for false and misleading conduct in relation to their numerous fake reviews.

Don't believe a word the company writes on this site.

As they are already aware, I had to get Fair Trading involved to recover many thousands of dollars in damage they caused to my belongings.
