of the move. The removalists (from Easy Peasy) who helped me load the box in Sydney were outstanding as they managed to efficiently pack everything into the box. Driver Adam who delivered the box was very patient at navigating a tricky delivery street situation. Just be mindful that it is a big box that gets jostled around quite a bit (I had some broken boxes but everything was intact inside) so make sure to protect your stuff well. Highly recommend Taxibox and would definitely use them again for another move.

professional pre-inspection by [Name Removed], who promised a successful move for a $270 call-out fee, has devolved into a total nightmare.

We are left with: Property Damage: Our lead removalist, [Name Removed], photographed our working TV before the move. Post-move, it is dead. Additionally, a rushed bed assembly resulted in the bed collapsing just two days later.

Financial Exploitation: We were overcharged because the job ran past office hours. We were promised a refund for this extra amount, but that promise has been completely ignored.

Zero Accountability: We have spent days chasing a resolution. Every time we call, we are told a "ticket has been raised," yet we receive no emails, no calls, and no progress.

We aren't interested in blaming the individuals on the day—accidents happen. However, the post-service resolution is non-existent. Holloway has taken our money, broken our furniture, and is now effectively ghosting us. This is unprofessional, dishonest, and has caused us immense anxiety.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR BELONGINGS.

helpful as they learned of my situation and came to help. Their pricing was beyond reasonable and they allowed me to do a payment plan, which helped immensely.

The movers were professional and dismantled my bed, packed my boxes and belongings into the truck in under three hours. They delivered to my new place the following morning, reassembled my bed for me, and had placed everything into the house within a couple of hours. My roommates oversaw the arrival. Only criticism I have is that the movers didn't seem to listen to my roommates as to where my furniture was to go so now I'm having to move heavy furniture into the correct rooms myself. But that's not too much of an issue.

Overall, my experience with On Time Removals is more than 5 stars. I cannot recommend them enough and would happily use them again.

for a quote, received a rate, paid a deposit, and then got a confirmation email with a higher rate. When I questioned it, they sent the original quote again — only to call the next day and say, “Oops, it’s actually a different rate,” but hey, they’d knock off $5 as a “favour.” How generous.

This kind of chaotic admin — or let’s be honest, shady bait-and-switch tactics — made it impossible to trust them. We cancelled the booking, but even that was a saga of multiple emails. And the kicker? They refused to refund the deposit, citing an admin fee. Apparently, I was paying for the same incompetence that made me cancel in the first place.

Later I found out they’ve got a warning from Consumer Affairs Victoria for unethical practices. Wish I’d checked sooner. Lesson learned: steer clear unless you enjoy paying for confusion and dishonesty.
