My car is insured for 3rd party fire and theft I had a fire in the engine bay not sure how it started am I able to claim on insurance as car is undriveable

You can contact the claims department by the following methods: • call the claims department on 13 19 03, • call our overseas number +61 3 8832 7980 option 5, • email racvhomeclaims@iag.com.au for home claims or; • email racvmotorclaims@iag.com.au for motor claims or

If you prefer, you can call us on 13 RACV (13 72 28), using option 5 + 1 + 2 and an insurance consultant can transfer you to the claims department, which will significantly reduce the hold time.
