Hi. Just wondering, does Rebel Sport sell fake sneakers? I purchased a pair of Jordans from Rebel online. Never worn, sold with box, just as they were brand new. The shoes were sent to eBay for inspection and failed the authentication process. I'm kind of baffled as to how they could fail.

Maybe, it's hard to tell, I was in Rebel Dandenong Plaza and they were extremely unhelpful, they actually lied to my face, I don't know if other Rebel stores have the same training.

The error message when i try to place an order online "Your order could not be submitted. Please try an alternate payment method.". I have tried 3 different cards and even tried apply pay on my phone with no luck. I cleared the cache, refreshed no luck. Tried on the IPAD no luck.! Purchased from JD sports no problems. I Bought a pair of the Nike Mercurial Superfly 8 Pro Football Boots in a size 10 online. Unfortunately it's a bit small for me. Only time worn was when I tried them on. Would I be entitled to a refund if a posted them back? If so I will just reorder the correct size online.

Thank you for clarifying Christine. In that case, Rebel's online advertising is clearly misleading and deceptive and thus a breach of s51 of the TPA. Can you please pass onto the appropriate person at Rebel, that they are required to make that fact clear to all potential purchasers. To not do so, is understating the true cost of the purchase of your goods and could lead to consumer frustration and disappointment. The ACCC has been notified. But thank you very much for highlighting this issue ... hopefully Rebel can remedy and do the right thing by Australian consumers. Andrew

Hi Rebel, I purchased a Garmin Vivoactive 3 on your website recently for my partners birthday. It was a surprise and unfortunately, it wasn't the one he wanted. I still have original packaging, receipt and I am within 28 days of purchase. The watch has not been used, or even turned on, but he did initially remove the screen sticker that comes on the watch face. Can I still get a refund for this?
