Hi, i recently purchased a pair of nike match goal keeper gloves for my son, he tried his size on in store and they were perfect, so he grabbed another bag of goalkeeper gloves that were the same size and when we went home he got so excited that he ripped the tag off, but when he tried them on they turned out to be very small, so would i be able to return the goal keeper gloves without the tag but with the receipt?

Hi, I bought two new pairs of New Balance runners. I tried one pair on in store and they were a perfect fit (even had them looked over) and tried the other in store and then had to order for delivery (from another store). However after wearing each pair for a walk, they are causing pain on the inside of my heels and feel like they need to be a size smaller to avoid this. I would like to exchange them for a smaller, correct size. Is this possible in store? I have the receipt for both purchases.

Hi All, I got a NB shoes from rebel store Werribee for my mum. When we tried it in the store it was a perfect fit, however after using it for few days her toes started to hurt. Thanks for a prompt response Simran. I spoke to Bianca at the store and she was absolutely wonderful. There were no dramas in processing the refund for the extra I ended up paying. Wonderful customer service. The refund doesn’t reflect on my account yet but I guess that would take a few days.
