Thats a joke ill be cancelling the contract thats taking too long

Yep it is received a message today it’s going to take another 8-9 weeks for tracking even tho most places have said phone in stock

I’m on 9 weeks now can anybody tell me roughly how long it took

Still waiting on my Samsung s25+ it’s been 6 weeks so far and keep getting told allow 6-8 weeks for shipping when it was only supposed to be 6-8 weeks from the start but they’ve added on another 6-8 weeks

It's ridiculous I've never had this problem with the company before and everytime I try to call I can't get through and they never call back either

Is there a number I can call where I'll actually get answered?

I suggest lodging a complaint with AFCA that's what I've done

same issue with the samsung phones, ive been waiting since september and its now december

Nope. I ordered it in May, they keep doing excuses after excuses. Noe supposedly not until end of August.

Crazy you’d think their stock would be back to normal by now.

Im on 4 weeks too. I emailed asking if there was any updates and they responded with the please allow 4/5 weeks (subject to change). Says ill receive a sms when they have tracking information and my payments wont start till then.

Im wanting to know how long it has taken for the ones who have received theirs.

I've heard people waiting 6 weeks

I'm on week 2 no updates nothing . When I message they wrote "I've told you several times it's 5 weeks after receiving a 14-21 day message. Meanwhile I haven't been contacting them.

That voids our contract as we didn't sign anything that states 4-5 week delivery they send the text after we sign I got a text the other day stating it's another 2-4 weeks I've already been waiting 6 weeks

If none of you have got your phones/orders, I assume I should think that way myself at this rate. 3 months no phone still, utter joke. I'm just going to forget about it and take them to court for wasting my time and stressing out about loosing my job due to not getting this phone in time. Don't wanna send me the phone, I'll have the matter ceased in court.

I received mine 6wks after ordering, received it without tracking detaios, was lucky i was home and the care kit came 1 wk after the phone

Heard of 1 person receiving there phone just after waiting 6 weeks Currently on almost 3 weeks and nothing can't even get a hold of anyone

I’m at 5 weeks and still waiting. No tracking information yet but they have put my payments on hold till I get tracking. Absolutely insane waiting this long for a phone. Especially when it’s really needed.

It should be a maximum of 2 weeks wait like this is crazy! Like why have an option to pick in reasons for purchasing as “u need a phone urgently” when they can’t even give you one urgently! so dumb and misleading

When I first put my application in I was told 14-21 days . But once I signed the contract was when I got the text of 4-5 week delivery . It's frustrating especially with so many people waiting and no answers to anything

It’s contracted 14-21 days, I believe if it’s passed that, there should be some compensation. A contract is a contract. Like I stated, I have been told the 14-21 days, then when I contacted them- was told allow 4-5 weeks. It was 5 weeks yesterday. How long is this going to drag on for? :(

Hopefully you have your tracking soon . Keep us updated though , guess so we had a rough idea on how long we all have to wait

Dont even bother they dont even have products in stock!!! It’s been 5 weeks for me waiting for my phone. I just received the same text today. I have put my payments on hold too. Hopefully it’s not much longer

How long have you been waiting ? I've seen a lot of people still waiting 6 weeks and no phone Can't contact them to as they won't answer or call back

I'm onto week 12, day 4 and no phone. Think I'm the longest so far.

I was 12 weeks yesterday I've got 2 other contracts with R4K plus a new one for the phone I signed the contract for the phone 15th may. I was told 14-21 days like everyone else Emailed multiple times and attempted to call for tracking details Was told they didn't have any details 1/7 I got my care kit 2/7 payments started for the phone that I still had not received 7/7 I emailed and asked for phone tracking and was told still waiting 14/7 emailed again and was shown A delivery slip with a signature that was fraudulent claiming I had already taken delivery of the phone. I've signed a stat Dec stating I've received no delivery and that the signature on the slip wasn't mine. Yet they have refused to change my payments as I am in possession of the care kit. So I'm currently paying for a phone I don't have. I still don't have evidence of my agreement on my account summary and I've made multiple payments and only been shown evidence that one payment has been received My case was lodged with AFCA on 7/7 And yesterday I received an automated call from R4K implying I was in arrears. Gentleman from collections apologised as I was not in arrears and apologised I received the call. So it's not in the hands of AFCA And I'll be expecting a remedy and compensation

Have you tried to contact them ? I was approved a week ago now after seeing all these comments I'm worried

Yep this my 2ed payment tomorrow and still no phone they say 14 to 21 day so I will see the 21 day and then ring them again rang once left a voice mail and no response

I made an application and was approved February 21st and said 14-21 days, well where almost at the end of April! NO phone and NO care package too. I have been paying it since the 24th of March. :( I have been with R4K for 10 years, it’s actually sad because once it went to digital it changed heaps. What happen to people’s face and them delivering your product.

I got this too, except I sent an email to R4K care and the person who did my application and sent me this back. Pretty irritated that I still have to wait because of there reason.

So question, if it takes longer then their contracted time (which for me was 14-21 days) do we get some sort of compensation? Im about to hit three weeks since approval and being told it’s time frame of delivery. Like I needed this phone urgently as my old one smashed. So not only have I had to use a ratty old phone while waiting, it’s also stressing me taking so long and no actual updates on when delivery is. Anyone know what happens when it’s passed the 21 days?

Call 0489267669. It’s their number to their crediting team. I called a few times and got a really helpful update. Basically their supplier is going through a shortage of stock for iPhones.

No im still waiting it 3 weeks so far they said they will give me a tracking number when they get one just waiting on tracking number when they get it

Anyone have an update, I’m going on 6 weeks without anything, care package nor device. Very upset

I just hit 4 weeks! Have sent multiple requests for an update. Got a text yesterday stating that I should allow 4/5 weeks for delivery, they don’t have tracking information yet but they will text it to me soon as they have it. Funny it took that long for an update but soon as they noticed a problem with payment, they harass with calls. I honestly don’t know why it takes so long. If you’d got a plan and phone through a common telecom company, you’d have a phone in 2 days. I didn’t even order a common phone and I’m still waiting 4 weeks later for delivery!!

I'm 12 weeks 4 days today, no iPhone 15 Pro. And still no tracking, they just tell me every week/4 weeks the same thing in emails 'We're delayed with delivery".
