How can I use my rockmans gift card
I have $100 Rockmans gift card. Where can I use it? What other stores can I use it at?

Why do Rockmans online no longer have a size chart? Almost impossible to return items so how do we ensure the size will be right. Doesn't make sense.

It’s been 40 days since I placed my order after inquiring several times I only recieved one item of my order how long does it take you to send the rest of the order
If you have ordered multiple items then it will take time but you can ask the customer care to give you update and they will do that.
I contacted customer service like bunch of times and no response

I would highly suggest putting a complaint in with Fair Trading NSW. we did not get a refund until Fair Trading got involved and it was investigated by A Current Affair.
Why do you not disclose what the garments are made of. Eg percentage cotton, nylon?
Why are my orders not dispatched quicker ,I paid my money but no response. Current Affair had a lot of complaints last night on there program,I hope I don't lose my money or my orders something should be done about this.

I return an item on Saturday to get a refund. 4 days latter still no money in my account. How long does it take ??
I found that I got my refund back within a day or two. If you use Afterpay it is normally 1 day. Maybe you should give the merchant a call.
It has been 8 weeks now and I am still unable to redeem my gift card. I have been to multiple stores that tell me that the system is still down. One worker even told me that they doubt that it will ever be up and running again. I have the feeling that this is not going to be rectified any time soon! If they are not honoring any gift cards bought in the last 2 months, that is a lot of customer money that they have "stolen" from their customers!

I have a gift card but cant use it as Rockmans system for the card use is not working! I would like a refund?. Surely that is possible as my local store has no idea what so ever when this problem will be rectified! Please advise unhappy customer!
I would phone Head Office and lodge a complaint .I have had nothing but trouble with Rockmans i will never shop with them again .Sorry to hear about your issue .
There was a delivery delay. Rockmans were unable to supply one item of my order. Due to the delivery delay I had opened a PayPal dispute. Rockmans messaged me to say that if I closed the PayPal dispute that they would refund the price of the unsupplied item and that they could not refund whilst there was an open case. Once I closed the case all communication failed and there has been no refund. I must conclude that the Company gives every indication of dishonest practice as I was coerced into closing the Paypal case and once a Paypal case is closed, it cannot be reopened. Mosiac brands must have a lot of influence. I don't know how they are getting away with such business practices when we have strict laws in Australia.
For the third time Rockman's ordering has reverted to my old address between the order page and after the Paypal payment. I have had some successful deliveries to the correct address. There is a software problem that is not being fixed and people are getting ripped off because sometimes their parcels are going to their previous addresses. I know that I am not alone because my next door neighbour has had the same problem with a different Mosiac brand. Nearly all these companies use the same ordering programme.
Is Rockmans sizes similar to Noni B and Katie's? I would like to buy online, but I'm not sure about the size in jackets and pants.
