Hello John Thank you for your question. As I am unsure what state of Australia you're in so I recommend you call 1800 RYLOCK (1800 495 625). This phone number will transfer you through to our closest office and our "service team" will be able to assist you further. How do you organise to have defects fixed under warranty? We have window glass defects and the outside window seals are splitting (after 1.5 years). We went through a builder and don't have a Rylock sales representative to contact. The windows were manufactured by Albury Glass (AllGlass). I have contacted them, and have been in contact with your glass component supplier Solace Glass, though I'm not getting very far. I would've expected to deal with a Rylock representative since they are "Rylock" windows.

Whilst Rylock is a supply only company, we do have Authorised Installers who can offer you a site measure and quote for the product and installation at our showrooms in Dingley Village and Coburg North. I would recommend you visit one of these locations to familiarise yourself our windows & doors and our team will be able to assist you further.

Thanks for your enquiry. Whilst we shared the same business name the product systems that Rylock sold in America are entirely different to those sold in Australia, so unfortunately we are unable to assist you.

What is the correct way to seal around Rylock awning and fixed glass windows in brick veneer construction ?
We have leakage, wind noise and water-damaged sills and plasterboard that I need to remedy.
