My sealy crown jewel is 8 years old and is sinking on one side. The sink is about 3-4 cm. The mattress is still under warranty. Can Sealy help with this problem?

Hello. We purchased our crown jewel bed 24 May 2017. Both sides have sunk and there is a ridge down the middle. This has disappointed me as it was expensive to buy and I thought it would last longer that that. What do we do?
