Will you reset a loose stone into a new claw setting
I Found an oval tone that fell out of its claw setting. Can you reset the stone into a new claw setting. Under Warranty we purchased the ring in November 2021
Hi Kelly, Sorry to hear a stone has fallen out of your ring. If you would like to take the ring to a store they will organise for our master jeweller to review the ring to determine why the stone fell out and replace the stone free of charge, however there could be a cost for the jeweller to replace the stone back into the claw, he will be able to assess the situation and outcome. If you are not close to a store, then please contact our customer service team - onlineassist@secrets-shhh.com and they will let you know how to send it back to our national support office. Thank you

Hey phill where is our $1200? When ppl steal from ur store what happens? U have stolen from my 98 yr old nan. Therefore its only fair u face the same punishment as someone who gets caught stealing. U. Should be in more trouble actually seeing ur someone in a position of trust who is ripping off customers for ur own benefit. I seriously doubt the company acts this way! Why would they when they have a huge turnover? Not to mention its just bad bad bad in every way to act as u have. Who I thete right mind works in retail w ur attitude? If ur not customer service orientated why r u there? Im also confused why ur calling the shots ur not a manager. Your only a "Solutions architect". Did u come up with that cos u have so much spare time at work cos u dont do anything. Do u? Except doctor fake documents with bank logo. Not good. Highly illegal. Ive already sent it to westpac. I have one. It's my engagement ring. It went cloudy within a year. Looking into getting the stone replaced under the warranty and although they'll replace the stone, I have to pay to have it re-set! Not good enough for a company that promises long lasting "brilliance" I wouldn't say high quality, and I won't be purchasing again. Very disappointing.
Has anyone brought a solitaire from here and had any issues with losing stone, losing sparkle etc?
Yes many PPL. I too have been having serious ongoing issues W this company. They're disgusting they don't care any customers at all. Last September I returned a ring I bought for my nan. She's 99 so she gave me the money to buy it. A week later my brother returned it for a refund. They had no cash they reckon, we paid cash, so put it on his gf card. We still don't have it and they're threatening us trying to avoid paying us. I took them to ncat they were ordered to pay but still haven't. I beg U to take it further. Pls register Ur complaint with OFT, ACCC & ASIC. JUST copy and paste each time so U dont need to write it again. If everyone does this then they will be investigated. They're dodgy as , they're are so many PPL in Ur position. They manipulated google reviews but they can't on here so these reviews truly reflect how the treat PPL. Pls Meg don't let them get away W it. But the only way to get ur money back is go straight to NCAT OR WHICHEVER STATE UR IN CHANGE FIRST LETTER. but make complaints first pls. I am going to go to your Goldcoast store soon as I want to treat myself to a Lovely Gold Solitaire Diamond. My Question is, Is the Quality still Fantastic? My Dad purchased a Solitaire Diamond as well as 2 other rings full of Diamonds like eternity rings and that was around 20 years ago. My Mum has never had an issue with them. People comment on them all the time. And they Sparkle way better than a real Diamond.
I would not recommend the quality of the ring. I purchased a ring. It was in the box for a couple of months and was discoloured/tarnished. I was told it had to go back to the jeweller to get fixed. The excuse was that the glue in the box had caused the chemical reaction.
Hi,I have purchased a rose gold "diamond " ring in Australia December 2018. After two days one of the stones came out! The ring was replaced, a couple of months after this, the big stone came out and was repaired. This happened twice in a year time. I now live in New Zealand again, due to covid, and the stone in my ring is loose again. Can I go to the secret store here in New Zealand to sort this?

Sorry it has taken so long to reply. I am not sure of store locations but they do have a website where you would be able to find out the closest location to you. Or message them through the website. When my ring was damaged I took it to the store that I purchased it from and they had to send it away for repairs, so I would assume that any store would be able to help. I hope this helps.
