I used to be a great admirer of Seed Heritage garments. Unfortunately, my opinion has changed drastically due to the terrible service I received in their David Jones Seed section. There is a petite woman with shoulder-length curly hair who is very arrogant and rude. I wonder how someone like her was hired, given her abnormally obnoxious behavior. I visited the store to purchase some dresses, as I often do on my days off from work.

When she saw me selecting dresses, I had to approach her to ask for sizes. Her initial reaction was to roll her eyes and curtly say that she didn't have what I was looking for. I then inquired if she could check if the dress was available at another store. Her response was dismissive, saying she didn't think it was possible.

Undeterred, I decided to try on the dresses in the fitting room, which took around half an hour. Throughout this time, she never bothered to check if I needed any assistance. Upon exiting the fitting room, I found her conversing with other employees, specifically those from Country Road. They were engaged in gossip and laughter, seemingly mocking someone who appeared to be their manager. I felt extremely disappointed, hurt, and embarrassed for even attempting to try on Seed dresses. I promptly left the store.

As I was leaving, she passed by me, and I was disgusted by the strong smell of cigarette smoke emanating from her. This entire experience has left me with the utmost dissatisfaction, and I would never recommend anyone to visit Seed at David Jones based on this encounter.

And when I will be refunded the order, as when order was placed it was in stock, now its saysing its not in stock?

Why do the clothes I bought at seed stink and give me a headache and everything I wash with them takes in the stinky smell I have tried to hand wash them with vinegar one day and bicarbonate the next Nothing helps
