Before you do, get the correct ABN / ACN for the current operational business, else your VCAT order will be ineffective. Owner told me, in person, May 2022, that he had cleared assets in the ABN I used at VCAT. So it's not possible to progress the claim.

Wow! Andrew why do you talk to your customers that way, eg: Helen. disgusting customer service true colours shining through. Helen your awning most definitely was sold to another customer and Andrew will stuff you around as long as he can. Putting bad reviews may get you an awning installed but don't hold your breathe.
All I would like is an installation date for the blinds I ordered and paid a 50% deposit for in April 2020. Andrew, would you please advise when you are planning to install the blinds which you advised earlier in the year had arrived in your Melbourne warehouse. Thank you in anticipation. Helen

Hello Andrew...still at it...stealing money; living the high life; being so rude that your arrogance now surpasses your ignorance. The number of people leaving negative reviews on this site is simply the tip of the ice-berg! When are you going to grow one shred....a little toe-nail...one hair....(that won't happen with your chrome dome) of decency and start to be civil and at least sell assets to pay back the hundreds of people you've ripped off over the last 20 years?
Wow I was seriously considering a shade from Shade solutions after reading all these very bad reviews I am keeping well away. Thanks to everyone that came forward to report this dodgy person, maybe you should all band and contact A Current Affair to expose him.

These looked OK until I googled reviews for Shade Solutions. No way would I now risk one cent with these bottom feeders of the home improvement industry.
Hello Andrew, I'm wondering what sort of sick puppy treats their customers the way you do. Your arrogance, derision, sarcasm, and epitome of rudeness is not going to generate referrals. Though referrals are unlikely, as it seems(based on comments on this page) only 10% of customers actually ever receive their product and of those 90% are installed with major ongoing faults and complications. My question to you is when are you going to seek professional help both for your attitude and your business?
Someone with Narcissistic Personality Disorder has no empathy and no insight as to how appalling he looks when he responds to customers in the terrible manner he does. It is not good business practice to delete negative comments or generate false positive comments. It will only end badly. This man goes through life burning everyone he comes across, whether it be personally or professionally. He rips his customers and staff off and really doesn't care and he never will. He will end up penniless and alone.

I left my 50%, 4K deposit in dec 2018 (yes 2018). You have booked installations with me by email on several times , but no show. You offer money back , but no show. You offer half price blinds , but no show. We send emails , but no response.
Typical shade solutions deal, lead you on as long as possible till you give up. Only 1 in 5 shades are installed and most are installed faulty and illegally wired. Good luck, do not give up. Go to a current affair.
Hi Glen, you are forgetting we offered to install your awning free of charge as a good will gesture, you declined rather using the internet to defame our thriving business. Our business has delivered and installed over 400 motorised awnings across Melbourne to very happy customers a few leave favorable reviews the vast majority just enjoy their market leading awning providing motorised Shade at the press of a button.

A thriving business? If your business is going so well, why do you delete all of the comments on your Facebook page? If the general public read what was in those comments, you would be out of business. No one would deal with you. What I can't understand is how you can get people to work for you, don't they know how to Google? Why is it that every single time someone writes a bad review or warns people about you, the threats and name calling starts. You just don't seem to be able to cope with any criticism.

Shade Solutions - why won't you meet your warranty obligations? My elderly mother has been trying to contact you over and over to get someone to come and repair her shade for a second time, and it is only 18 months old. She has left multiple messages to no avail. She has also sent an email that bounced back. What does it take to get you to actually respond to messages?

Shade Solutions responded overnight to my email and promised to call my mother today. I am very pleased to say they did call and were onsite just 30 minutes later. The shade has been adjusted and is now level again and the technical person has provided a contact number in the event of any further issues. I am very pleased with the promptness of the attention to this matter.
