I've spent hours troubleshooting compatibility and installation issues.
The Orbis motor is advertised as compatible with Bond Bridge, which was a major reason for my purchase. The Bond Bridge detects and learns the supplied RF remote without issue, but the blind never responds to any commands or pairing attempts. I've updated firmware, followed the Bond setup process, and tested multiple motor profiles, yet the motor remains unresponsive. It appears the compatibility claims are unclear and misleading.
The Somfy retrofit experience wasn't much better. The motor was supplied without the correct drive adaptor hardware required to connect it to my existing roller blind tube and brackets. This wasn't made clear during purchase, leaving me with a motor that couldn't actually be installed without sourcing additional parts from a completely different supplier. another $200.
What should have been a simple upgrade turned into a frustrating exercise in researching obscure parts, troubleshooting RF protocols, and dealing with unclear compatibility information. The products themselves may be fine, but the overall experience has been terrible and misleading in what's advertised.

Go remeasured and when the blind was ready, oops, they’d made the blind but not the track. Back to square one. Months went by till *i* contacted Kresta asking what was going on. Apparently my order got “lost in the system”, so back to square one again. When it was finally installed it was exactly 9 months between my original measurement to installment. I could have grown a baby in that time. Thankfully Kresta have come to the party and offered me a discount on my next purchase.

beyond that timeframe with no clear update on the status of my order.
I was provided with a tracking number, however the tracking information cannot be located, leaving me with no idea where my order is or when it will arrive. I have called multiple times seeking an update, but my calls have gone unanswered.
I had a specific timeframe for this installation to be completed, and the lack of communication has been extremely frustrating. Good customer service is about keeping customers informed, especially when delays occur.
Based on my experience, I would recommend being cautious before purchasing. Delays can happen, but poor communication and lack of updates are unacceptable.

The company initially sent through an invoice for motorised blinds, then changed it to manual blinds and changed to motorised again after their own mistake. Somewhere during that process, the information about our white posts appears to have been lost, and black posts were installed instead. Despite raising the issue, nobody has returned to fix it.
The blinds were also installed with obvious wrinkles. We were told they could be fixed, but nothing was resolved.
Communication was poor from start to finish, and once they had our money, the service became even worse. There was no accountability, no follow-through, and very little interest in fixing their mistakes.
Thankfully, we only had blinds installed in one room. We won’t be using this company again and would strongly recommend others look elsewhere.

bottom which im ok with. But because they were too short we unstitched the hem & it was a nightmare to hem them. The fabric on both the curtains was not the same, so one has a bigger hem than the other. Next time we will order custom for that bit extra. They're lovely curtains but it was a bit disappointing.
