I ordered online 4th December expresspost, nearly 2 weeks later still haven't received, I rang adelaide he said they have in stock , so doesn't need to be brought in from a store, still hasn't been sent, Heard that Shiels online ordering is very bad at getting orders out,
I had the same issue. When I first called them, they said they don’t handle anything with the store and that it had to be done through their online warehouse. They couldn’t even process a care pack if you bought it online. When I ordered, it said the item would be dispatched in 4–8 business days, but it wasn’t. I called again after 8 days asking where my order was, and the only thing the customer service lady told me was that they couldn’t help — I could either cancel the order or wait because they didn’t have stock. I ended up sending a complaint directly to their CEO. I just received an email saying they’ve finally dispatched it on day 13.
So now 15 days later still no order, no emails nothing, Shiels realy, warehouse had it in stock,
So finally had email today , saying had to be brought in from a store, No sorry but I was told they has 6 in-stock so didn't need to come from a store, now they are saying might not get it until after Christmas,

How long does a bracelet parrot lock take to repair
It's been 5 months since I purchased my Seiko watch from Sheils Online. The watch was faulty and was returned to Sheils then Seiko for review to determine if it can be repaired. It has been over 3 months now since my return was received for review. I was told I would have an answer by mid April but I am still waiting, why does it take so long to get an answer on whether my watch can be repaired? I have multiple emails and call logs re. Correspondence about this. If I don't get an answer soon I will be getting the Department of Fair Trading involved.

I placed an online order on the 23rd November 2023 with express post. After reading recent reviews, I am not confident that Shiels will be able to have it delivered to me before the date needed, being the 9th December. Especially since it’s been six days and no tracking number. Can you please confirm a date that it will be sent? I have already emailed customer service and had no response.
I am confident you won't receive it in time. They are truly hopeless. If you can get a refund do so, as the item you ordered will eventually disaappoint due to quality.

Why the heck are the diamonds missing in my bangle and ring! Its clearly evident that I am missing 15 diamonds as the diamonds aren't there and the breather holes where the diamonds should be are all soldered up! Obviously selling me the diamonds but giving me solder instead! The solder job is cheap and looks like I got ripped off!

Hi Venus31, we offer a 'Certificate of Purchase' for all our diamond purchases. Insurance companies accept this if you wish to add the item to your insurance policy. Not all of our items come with a valuation, however, if you like you can choose to have it independently evaluated at no cost (depending on your total purchases/the item). Check your receipt or Shiels website. Companies often put their refund or return policies on there. You could always ask and see what they say. I feel for you. I have been in a similar position with respect to purchasing prescription glasses. The only way to find out is to ask and see what they say.

Hi, when I ordered my g shock watch I recieved conformation in a few days. I fi d it's when your trying to get ahold of them rarely respond. I do regret buying from this business. I'm still waiting on a replacement watch. Hope it helps
I received my confirmation a few days later also...maybe you should just give them a nudge...I liked what Shiels did for me...I was worried I wouldn't get my gift for my son on time so I e-mailed them and they sent it out EXPRESS very happy with the ring and the service...
If they haven’t sent a confirmation, check your card to see if the money’s been taken out and when, and email them with the details. If you paid by PayPal and don’t receive a response from Shiels by 30 days from your purchase, you can raise a dispute.

I purchased a Pulsar watch on line and received delivery in late April. The watch stopped working and I returned it to a Shiels store where the staff sent the watch for repair and I was given a copy of a customer order which stated the due date of 17/08/21. I contacted the store on 23/8/21 and was advised that there are delays. As I paid for a watch, which was faulty, I expect to received either a replacement unit or a refund. Recently partner purchased engagement ring. Paid for care plan. Went to store to see about resizing. Told about 3 weeks. Asked about the annual clean/coating (is white gold) and also advised several weeks. To me this is not care, time frame is rediculous esp as advised it's a local service. Was told no refund for this waste of money care plan. What bride to be wants to be without her ring for several weeks!!! Partner was not advised at time of sale the duration For this so called service. How can we get refunded for this useless plan?
Maybe ring consumer care and explain this to them, If you haven't used any part of the care plan you may get a refund also if you weren't given all of the facts of the care plan this might also go in your favour. Good luck!!.

I was disappointed in the quality of my purchase. The illustration made it appear to me to be larger than it actually was. When I received it it was very flimsy.I had to return it at my expense. Yes, $2 shop came to mind.
I had a similar case with a pendant from prouds but after I purchased it I went back and had a look it had a detailed description on size and dimension and look exactly like what they were advertising so I couldn't really complain, we as the consumer do have legal rights If there is issues your item you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund You may have the right to cancel an order And compensation for any damages or loss there's a good pdf file on the account.gov website should have a look though it
Yes you are correct we do have legal rights, and reading all the bad reviews, none of us will purchase from this Shiels online store again.
