Refurbished iPhone 8 bought through Kogan . Order numberMF8PBCQC. Camera does not work. Please advise me about what I can do. Purchased on 29/11/22.

I ordered through Catch.com. After I tried to deal with them directly, I reported Catch.com. You should contact Kogan customer service. You have the right to return a faulty item within 14 days.

Hi. I have also left a Review. Based on my experience with Skyphonez some time ago - I wouldn't have anything to do with them. Service was poor to say the least, and they couldn't be trusted to tell the truth. Just my opinion .......
Before they gave me faulty phone I pretty sure they didn't intentionally. I went to their shop and ask for exchange. They delivered the brand new at home and the guys were very nice n friendly. Until now the phone is working good. Let's see in the future.
Hi @urastus, it would be unfair with us to suspect positive feedback and trust negative feedbacks. Please let us know if you have issues, we will do our best to resolve it. Generally, more than 97% positive transactions are complete without customer leaving feedback where as more than 95% of negative transactions are sure to get negative review. Please understand the statistics. Having said that, we understand there are some transactions where we could have proactively acknowledged the issue and resolved them instead of taking some time to resolve. We are improving every day and trust us we are trying our best not to repeat similar instance over again. Hope this information is helpful.
