If we didn’t get a confirmation email after purchase does that mean the order still went through?
From memory, I think the first communication I received was when it was ready for shipping, together with the invoice. My order arrived within a few days after that. If you have still not heard, I suggest that you contact the seller, as I wrote to him and he contacted me right away so I don't think you will have a problem - but I suggest you confirm with him that he has received your order.

Ordered 2 cases for my s23 ultra 5 days ago and haven't received any confirmation of order. Not even when I registered online for tracking. Doesn't recognise my order number. Sent messages through website, no reply. Payment has gone through PayPal. Wondering if I should get refund after reading the reviews. Erika

I never got my order this month. I emailed them with no response and finally got a PayPal refund last week. Seriously start looking at getting your money back now. 100% scam.

After reading how so many people have had problems with this company i am worried now that i have ordered if it will turn up and be what i ordered, and there is no con5act for this company. All genuine companys have a contact phone number.
Unfortunately Jenny, to this day I never received a reply to my emails. I'm stuck with the products fearing that if I return them by mail, they will never send me anything back, It seems I have already lost my money. I hope your experience with this company is a better one. I just don't understand why don't they care about their reputation.. very weird.

Hello Jenny, I have been sent the wrong case also and after contacting them via e-mail I was instructed to return it to them for a full refund as they apparently did not have the case I ordered. 3 weeks ago I returned the case as instructed but have not yet received a refund, after contacting them again last week they told me that they had a glitch in the system but that my refund would be reprocessed soon. Today I have tried to e-mail them again as I had still not received my refund, but my e-mail came back to me to inform me that receiver (smartcaseauptyltd) e-mail is inactive!!!, Rip off merchands, I hope they go bust very soon.
I aventually received my phone case 9 weeks later. Will not be buying from smartcases again.
How will i know that my parcel has arrived to my designated parcel collect point?
