I installed solar with you at2015,2.5kw,you cost me about $9000.00 is that reasonable cost?

Hi do you have an app to monitor the power output of the panels?
No we don't. We haven't checked it there is one available as we just check the graph and daily total on the inverter.
I had a sales person come to my door yesterday saying that the government rebates are finishing but Solar Harness has an agreement with the government for the rebates to continue to their customers to the end of this month. I had a look online and this doesn't seem to be the case with the government committed to the rebates to 2032 only the amount will reduce overtime. Can you please explain what the sales person meant?
Hello Amber My apologies for the incomplete explanation or if the facts were not clearly conveyed to you at your home. I assume the Solar Harness specific offer ending this month is what has caused the confusion.
Solar Harness nor any other solar supplier has any control over the rebates from the federal program., we are all subject to the gradual reduction.
The deeming period has simply dropped from 15 years to 14 years and will continue to drop incrementally each year going forward.
Solar harness is however offering our clients the same rebate value as we did last year. This offer is only available until the end of this month.
Hopefully this clarifies the offer the promotions representative was trying to convey.

I live in collie. I have had my 2kv (1.9) west Facing panels (10 panels) for about 5 -6 years now. I have yet to receive a $0.00 bill from synergy. Lowest bill has been $127.00.
Lately when I have checked the LCD it keeps asking Me to reset time n date. Can someone contact me On [number removed]. Is the Inverter LCD panel faulty? No one has contacted me since Panels have been installed. Prices now days have reduced greatly from what I paid for my 2kv system. Wondering now if I was ripped off. Am yet to receive a zero bill. Look forward to being contacted.

Dear Anne, I would follow the instructions and reset the Inverter, maybe the quickest way is to follow the shut down procedures, and reset the panel. If it is a Solar Harness Inverter it is just a matter of turning the off the circuit breakers either side of the LCD display, wait for 1 minute, turn them back on. If problem persists call Solar Harness on 1300 881 440, Perth Office, unless you have a local number? The LCD panel has so may displays you can step through. If you have a red light flashing on the green is flashing, then there is an issue. Permanent Red, means no output, green flashing, means it is booting up in the morning and should go to permanent when fully booted. Hope this helps.

Why do you say the system is German when in fact the panels are made in Germany and the inverter in Austria?
Madeleine there appears to have been some confusion regarding our fairly extensive product range , Solar Harness provide a vast range of options to suit our customers preferences and budget. Our range inverters are manufactured in Austria ( Fronius ) , Germany ( SMA) Italy ( Aurora ) and China ( Sungrow ) Our modules are either German made Power Plus or Conergy Chinese .
Why does the green light clicks on an off ramdomly? And the reading panel comes up blank? Thankyou

Hi, could you tell me when the grid goes down dose the solar panals still produce power to the house or do I have to have some equipment that the power is still available to the house?

The panals are already fitted. 3kw, 9 panals they are Solar Harness panals.
Hi Leon, generally speaking if the grid is down then your solar system will also shut down. This is mainly for safety reasons, in case someone was working on the power lines. There are some ways of countering this however typically a special approval is needed from the utility. We are currently ion the process of looking into some great 'reftrofit' options which will help deal with this situation perfectly once all approved.
