Starscope Questions & Answers
Does anyone know the address to send back the Starscope Monocular Telescope. It seems the company keep that a secret. You have to contact customer support and they are useless. I don't know how many emails I have sent in the last two weeks and they keep avoiding the question of returning for a refund.
The email address is a virtual box offered by a postal forwarding shop. The email for postalex is hillcrest@postalannex.com. If you copy the address for the starscope address into google maps you will see it is a shop in a colonnades shopping centre They may bevaware ifvthe scam but I bet they only get a "locker " fee from starscope. I too was caught but a return cost would be too costly.
Thank you for replying. I have been in contact with PayPal and lodged a dispute with them to get a refund. It'll be a long process. Would you believe, I FINALLY got a return address for them.... And it turns out it's in Qld.

No I didn't. Undeniably this is a scam, run to fleece unsuspecting shoppers. I have since applied to my bank to have the cost reimbursed; but the disappointment of relying on fake reviews only reinforces the need to prove; as you do with Product Review; you are reliable.
