my sd800 has stopped working, no remotes are controlling it and pressing the +/- buttons does nothing, I have tried to factory reset the sd800 by pressing "P" & "+" for 6 seconds and more, but the unit just blinks all leds once and then LED 3 remains on. I have alos tried just pressing the "P" button but nothing either. Any suggestions?

My door starts to go down but only a short distance and then immediately goes back up. It will do that many times unless you grab it and pull down or stop it as soon as it starts to go back up and then hit it again. It still sometimes takes a couple of times if you don't stop it going back up immediately it hesitates and then press the button again. No problem going up or if it has been stopped more than about 150 mm from reaching the full open position it will also close completely.

3 lights on constantly. All other lights flashing. When I try to program it it beeps but no other response. Please advise. No remotes, button on motor or wall button working

Hello, trying to program a new remote into my SD800. Press the P and + buttons , all lights flash , keep flashing and then revert to only light 3 staying lit. Light 7 should stay lit to enable programming. How can I fix this ?

Tonight my sd800 steel line garage door stopped working. All the lights are flashing except 3, it stays on. I tried pressing and holding buttons and all it does is beep at me. How do I fix this?

Our SD800 was installed about 4 years ago. The light stopped working within a few months. We replaced globe, never worked.

The two remotes have stopped working (one stopped working a few years ago, the other more recently). Replaced batteries. Bought two new remotes. None of them work. Tried reprogramming all 4 of them, tried reprogramming to different buttons on the remotes. Still don’t work. We have strictly followed the reprogramming procedure, LED 3 illuminates indicating success but none of the remotes open the door.

The button on wall still successfully opens and closes the door.

What could be wrong and what can we do?

Why does my SD 800 feet in a pattern of two then three constantly the door will not go up or down

My SD800 motor controller has the 3 light on constantly and the rest are all flashing. Nothing I do seems to stop it. Does anyone know how to hard reset it?

ST50EVOB unit. It jas started only opening about 6 inches then stops and drops slightly. It usually takes 2 or 3 attempts before opening normally.checked rollers and travk both sides. Does this about 1 in 6 open attempts. Closing is fine.

This is a run of events since ordering my garage doors and also a written record for future reference. 1st Deposit paid 10/02/2022  $2090 2nd  Paid in full  31/03/2022 $2090 installation 07/04/2022. garage doors did not fit .New doors to be manufactured .leaving one undersized of cedar colour and one old cream door. Date for new doors to be installed and given assurance 24/05/2022. this did not happen due to the fact they had not been made. New date of given assurance 01/06/2022 for the manufacture of new doors this did not happen. New date given to me on this day Tuesday 07/06/2022 for the manufacture of the new doors was the 09/06/2022 or 10/06/2022. This has been the run of events recorded up to 7/06/2022. and still waiting for my doors to be made and installed. All this has been very stressful as have paid the full amount of $4,180.00 and having to phone continuously chasing updates on when I can expect an answer. Still waiting,

Hello steel line, My double garage door was constantly playing up during opening it goes up for about 2 feet then down again.I have to keep pressing it and it takes x5 times same scenario before goes up. But no problem when going down. Please help Iggy

our garage roller door beeps when going up ? the property is only 6 months old so still new , does anyone know what causes this ? thanks wayne
