I have my roller shutters electric motors in July I had two fixed my kitchen windows they put a new switch in which costed me three hundred and twenty dollars rang up before Christmas to get it fixed they said they could come in February didn't come rang 7th February now she tells me I will have to pay again I told her I would not it is not right not fair I have to pay to get it fixed again he said it was my remote but it works on every windows except my kitchen I have not got another three hundred
How do I turn off the blue light on the wall mount controller which is constantly lite?

Just set up the time and date on your switch The blue light will go off
Can you purchase replacement winder?
Mine are electric. Not really sure. Dont want to ask them to be truthful.
