I want to buy zebra camel pullover in a M as I hear the sizes run on larger side I’m usually a large? Any opinions...

Absolutely, the Sussan sizes are large. I bought a dressing gown...i am usually a size 10 so I bought the XS/S gown and it is still very roomy. Medium size Sussan clothing, especially sleepwear and pullovers, are always more like large in my opinion.

Agree they tend to be larger in Sussan. Depends on the cut of the garment though. I'd try calling your local store to confirm. They are generally helpful.

How Sussan can stay in business when the staff are rude and the quality of their items poor is beyond my comprehension?.

Hello, I just bought the pink bell sleeve wrap cardigan, however I have no idea how to tie it? Have looked at picture but can't figure it out. There are two large purposely put holes on each side of cardigan but if you put the tie through them it comes up inside cardigan and not outside like in the photo ... oh boy, I just don't understand it, can anyone enlighten me how to use the tie like in the picture? Otherwise it is lovely product but the two slot holes at side have me stumped. Thank you for your time, regards Mary

Had a layby and went to pick it up but the black linen shirt was on sale at 69.99 I laybyed it 99.99 but wasn't allowed to refund and buy it back. Is that the correct ? I still bought a $40.00 top afterwards, so it wasn't about the money. They said you have had it on layby for 4 weeks but if they had a size 14 black shirt in the sale she could've done it.

Once you put something on lay-by you are committing to buying it at the price, things go on sale all the time, it's unfair on the company if customers put items on layby then either don't pick up or want a refund because it's on sale, unfortunately it's just a case of bad luck. laybys vary from 4-6 weeks, the store is technically putting that item away for you for that period of time. If customers come in and expect refunds the moment it goes on sale the company loses money and it all adds up and this what results to company closures. If people want a bargain I think they should wait for it not put something on layby and either never pick it up or cancel it or demand refunds because it's now cheaper.
