Swarovski Questions & Answers
I would like a refund for the two items I purchased online. thankyou
Are you asking for a refund, or just letting people know you want one? This is not Swarovski’s page, they will never see your comment here. Don’t want you to be waiting forever...
Anyone else had issues with black phone case? $119 and it's rubbish. Brand new watch $1,000 band deteriorated in just a few months and customer service couldnt care less.
I return Swarovski that I purchase online. Why I need to pay for the postage?
Nothing to do with me. What the hell are you talking about? Remind me not to buy Swaroski from.
This isn’t Swarovski’s website. They won’t answer your question here
I just bought a rosegold ring with imitation diamonds. I just saw online there's gold. Can i change it ?
Just bought a Crystaldust bracelet. Just wanting to know if anyone has had any issues with them??
No. I have a ring purchased in Australia and one purchased in Europe and the stones continually fall out. My local jeweller replaces them with zircons and shakes his head at the poor quality of the product. I will never buy it again.
Yes. You can buy similar crystaldust bracelets for a fraction of the cost & you can dispose of them if anything goes wrong and you wouldn't have to put up with the fake warranties offered by Swarovski as they always maintain it is your fault if there is an issue.
Hi! My boyfriend got me a beautiful heart shaped swarovski ring for our anniversary. It's rhodium plated and I don't know what can be under the rhodium.. it's plated so sooner or later it will be gone. What can possibly be under the rhodium?
i am guessing it's some sort of brass. Swarovski never uses real silver. All their jewelry will lose it's rhodium plating very quickly. I would advise to only wear the ring on a special occasion and do not get it wet and always store it in it's box or a ziplock bag. Their jewelry is beautiful but extremly overpriced. You can easily find a 925 silver item with Cubic Zirconias (CZ) for less money which will last a life time.
Sent pics and proof they won't budge asked for repair wanted original 1i came to love not even that 200 pounds 2unwearable rings between them 8 months old owner 48 year old said it was abused mistreated, please don't humiliate me anymore staff looks attitude disgrace, no customer care skills. So out pocket petrol parking and final straw gave me head office number said out within her control, yes fobbed and robbed off my memory off as I thought keepsake off late mum just 2ink stained fingers. Where can I go or do any advice anything please marks return things ripped a year down the line? Thanks!
They won't take responsibility at all for the faulty workmanship or the extremely poor customer service. What I did put in a complaint to consumer affairs then I wrote to the CEO (they refused to give me his name but you can just google it) then I shared how bad they are on Facebook and put a review online. I will never purchase anything from them again and the more people that know how bad they are the better. Fobbed and Robbed describes them perfectly.
has anyone had a problem with stardust bracelet magnetic cladps failing? if so plesse contact me via denisebaker142@yahoo.co.uk thankyou
My problem was a chip in the glass of a very expensive watch, and it happened after a period of 5 weeks of use.i know that the after care service is nil and therefore we should keep on the pressure . Denise please let me know if you try and take it back, what would be the outcome.
Hi Lamia, The clasp failed and the bracelet was lost within 3 hours of use. Swarovskis response to my complaint was basically no bracelet no fault! I tried using their face book page and they have blocked all my comments - Great customer service.!!
Where do I advertise for sale, the Limited Edition Figurine pieces I purchased some years ago? I am moving and will be traveling so decided it would be best to sell them rather than risk breakages of these pieces. Am not sure where the best place would be to put these up for sale.
Why don't you ask a jeweller that specialises in these sorts of things; better yet perhaps go to a big Swarvoski store that might give you a better indication on its value? Perhaps.
