How many batteries in a 43 mm swole watch?

Can anyone help with a loose second hand fix? I contacted customer service but didn’t get much help. Also, the hour hands won’t work even after replacing both batteries. Thanks for your help

Hi I have bought 4 watches from you in the last 3 year and out of the 4 only one works the other ones don't keep correct time or hands don't work. I have had all the batteries replaced but the same out come. Not real happy Mark stanley

All functions seem to be working except the seconds hand is not.what can I do to fix it?
