Yes, that service is available through Swoop Broadband. My landline telephone operates well through their system, and I have used their services for many years, and they are very helpful if you have any queries.

Does Swoop encrypt the passwords of consumers who use their internet service? Do they protect consumer information given to them?
At Swoop we take cyber security seriously and we follow industry best practices to ensure the protection of consumer information. Account passwords are all secured via one-way encryption, and our customer portal uses SSL
Thankyou. I was shocked when my previous company- Mate Communicate sent me my password in plan text via sms. I want to make sure my next company has adequate security. I hadn't even considered that I would need to ask if an internet provider encrypts my password until I realised my previous one didn't!

Hello, Just three questions Does Swoop broadband use CGNAT or Dynamic IP Address? Do Swoop broadband provide option to purchase a Static IPV4 and what would it cost per month? Final question does Swoop have IPV6 ?
Hi Andy We don't use CGNAT. Our IP addresses are sticky - dynamic, but rarely change. IPv4 static IP is available for $5.50/month if you need to guarantee it won't change without notification. IPv6 is enabled by default. Hope that helps! Kind regards, Carol

Hi Vijith555. If OptiComm have completed the install of their equipment at the premises, activation can take up to three business days, but is usually complete in under 24 hours. In some cases, services may be online in as little as 1 hour.
