Hi , I ordered a 2- seater Mondavi Bistro garden set , supposed to be a table plus 2 metal chairs ( order no. 296160555) The table arrived on its own. After phoning the help line I was told the 2 chairs would be delivered. instead two bedside tables arrived. i now have 2 items that I do not want and I do not have a complete garden set.
Hi! I’ve been looking at buying a TV unit but the shipping cost keeps fluctuating. It was originally around $35 then a few days later had gone up to $63. Now it has dropped to $58. Each time I have searched it is the same item (at the same sale price) and the same address. Why is it changing and do I wait to see if it does back down to the original shipping cost? It can’t be based on weight and location, seems to just be random.

I recently ordered the Temple and Webster Medium Luxury Pocket Spring Mattress, which was described as Medium on the website and suitable for side sleepers, of which I am one. However, on unpacking the mattress from its box I immediately knew this mattress was far too soft for me so I have been unable to use it. It is definitely more a Soft than a Medium support mattress, and I feel very mislead and deceived by the product description. Mattresses are by default unavailable for refund, however my mattress is completely unused. Would it be possible to at least exchange the mattress for a firmer one?

I ordered a desk after Christmas and was given an estimated dispatch date of 30 December. I’ve received no communication regarding the order, other than checking my account on the Temple & Webster webpage which frustratingly seems to show the expected dispatch date pushed further and further back. The tracking info says item will leave the warehouse by 20 January, it is now 30 January. I’ve emailed support@templeandwebster twice, first on 21 Jan and again today and have received no response. Frustrating and disappointing experience with Temple and Webster as someone who has been a return customer. Can anyone at T&W tell me what is happening with my order?

Hi, No I don't. I went to the robot chat on their website and just kept answering no until they put me through to a person. That's the only way I could find out that I was never going to get a delivery. I was so annoyed I came on here and left them a bad review. So I think your choices are to do what I did with the chat or complain on here that they are extremely difficult to contact

Hello, My wardrobe order has finally arrived after a month, but only two of the three boxes have arrived. However, it's marked delivered on the T&W website.
The third box doesn't seem to have ever left the warehouse, as the courier only ever had two tracking numbers, when the consignment was for three. The courier who delivered the two boxes today even asked us if we already had the third box, because they couldn't locate it.
My order number is 2937180425. We've waited such a long time for this order to arrive, and it's so disappointing that I now have an incomplete order, marked delivered, that I can't do anything with.

Our first experience with Temple & Webster, and we are extremely disappointed. We ordered a bed frame and upon unboxing found a massive crack in the wooden head board. The bed head is unusable, We reported the problem as per your website instructions and have heard nothing from anyone, there is no number to call nor any email to follow up we have not received any response. We love everting about the bed frame and are hoping for a replacement of the one part.

my lounge was delivered on the 20th November to the Foyer of my apartment building , I ccannot get it up to the Fifth floor , it wont fit in the lift as it is not modular. Hi, I purchased a rug from Temple and Webster but the rug is not quite the right color. I want to return it for a credit but do not have the original packaging anymore. The rug is as new and I have a return label. Am I able to send it with the booked courier if I package it up securely in new packaging?
