I have a brochure from The Australian Wine that repeatedly states I can buy a dozen bottles of wine for $120... it then goes on to remind me that this is $10 a bottle & free delivery but when I go to place my order the price increases tp $139.99 ?

I am being asked to buy wine from The Australian Wine Group,I have formally purchased wine from the Australians wine club,which when they ring has a little castle icon next 2 their number.I was assuming this latest group were part of the Australian newspapers club ,but it seems they r not as they don't have the icon,the prices they r quoting seem 2 good 2 b true.Are they part of your organisation?

However I was advises that this was not the case. I have purchased wines on a regular basis for very competitive prices and have not been disappointed to the contrary have been delighted with all aspects of my transactions and will continue take advantage of the excellent service provided. Hello, can someone from The Australian Wine please explain how my order has been sent to the wrong address 3 (THREE) times and I have still not received any tracking number to track my delivery. Could someone from Australian Wines please explain how it takes a month and numerous phone calls and online chats to receive a case of NOTHING?? Can someone from The Australian Wines please explain how there is no accountability or management intervention when a customer repeatedly has to chase up an order placed and paid for weeks earlier. No communication, no intervention and no idea how to treat customers - that must be the mission statement from this poorly managed company. Here's a philosophy you might need to adopt going forward with your poorly structured business - "If you don't look after your customers, someone else will".

I want usual details of wine in your offer---4604002 Your voucher says 'full details on line'. I can't find any of the details wine drinkers always should have available. You say these wines are good, so please tell me the vintage year,the alcohol level and cellaring years expected by the maker. Descriptions such as 'rattingly good ',velvety', ' inky smooth', 'fiesty', are gimicky and not very helpful. Looking forward to hearing from you, Keith Anderson
