Haven’t read one good review,service thanks to internet etc and whoever thought that outsourcing was a good idea he/she they should be publically flogged they told us no delivery due to truck having IT problems oh right so Trojan virus in one of the wheels of the truck never shall I walk into good guys store

I recently purchased a Samsung Split System Air Conditioner. It has been installed and I'm very happy with it and the installer. My problem is this. When I purchased the goods at the store, it was agreed that the installer could check the site so he could advise of any potential installation problems. I was charged $89 for a 5 minute visit. The installer stated that installation would cost $600-$700. That seemed ok to me. When I went back to The Good Guys, I was pre-charged $1189 for the installation. When the installer returned to complete the job, he stated that he would only be getting approx. $700 for the job. There is a $489 difference here. One would expect an Admin Cost but $489 is a RIPOFF. Who gets the extra money and WHY?????

I purchased a Haier fridge from GG Capalaba which was delivered in June this year. From quite early one door was difficult to close. It now won’t stay closed at all. I am using a broom to anchor it. The service guy said it is faulty and ordered a new replacement. It is now five days of trying to track down when I can expect it. When I try to call the online message is the stores are closed. 9 30am? I have already made a personal trip to Capalaba store and told they were too busy but would look into it. Tried calling this am and not open. Will have to make a personal trip again. DO NOT RISK BUYING FROM GOOD GUYS CAPALABA.

Why has the Good Guys service got so bad, Management skills at Butler store are appalling. I have been trying for For two month's to get a warranty fault seen to, I cannot see the manager of the store after many request's. They send someone to deal with the complaint, it's like talking to a trained Parrot. There is one Salesperson who is excellent, his name is Ryan, there is also a lady in the gas appliance section who is very good, they should be the Management. The young people behind the service are not trained properly and unfortunately the are the front line, Why is JB's so good when they are owned by the same company. The Good Guys/Bad Guys won't be getting our families business again.

Has anybody paid and then after payment has processed got an error message resulting in no confirmation email, no order number or details? And the money came out of your bank account? I have tried contacting them through all avenues to no avail. I'm so angry!!
