Hi, I am currently trialling the healthy mummy tummy + and it is giving me gas. Is this suppose to happen when you first start and then it will stop or is this not normal?

The Healthy Mummy
The Healthy Mummy   DM

Hi Danielle, thanks for giving it a go. I hope you like it, and we can help you hit your goals. The Tummy Smoothies are high in fibre, and contain collagen & probiotics which contribute to digestive tract health, and there have been a few cases where this can provoke a "cleansing" effect. It should not persist, but please do contact our team and we'll do our best to help with any concerns on support@thehealthymummy.com external link  Alex - THM Team

Hi Trisha, we'd love to, and we're working on it. Earlier this year we launched in Woolworths right across Australia, and this is going really well. Fingers crossed we'll be able to come to a Woolworths near you in Christchurch NZ soon. You can read more about it here - external link  Thanks :-) Alex - THM Team

Is it gluten free? Thanks

The Healthy Mummy
The Healthy Mummy   DM

Hi Sarah, great question. We are moving all of our Smoothies to a new gluten free formula. While we do this, some smoothies will still have been manufactured on a line that may contain traces of gluten, please check this link for a current list (as of April 4th, 23) - external link  And please get in touch with our support team, and we'll always do our best to help :-) Alex - THM team

How does this product go with bloating?

The Healthy Mummy
The Healthy Mummy   DM

Hi Sharon, great question. We do have a few things to recommend to help with bloating, the most popular being the Tummy Meal Replacement Smoothie, it comes in chocolate or vanilla - external link  The smoothie is packed with probiotics that encourage a healthy microbiome and reduces bloating. Lots more info on that link, I hope this helps, also please contact our support team anytime and we'll do our best :-) Alex - Healthy Mummy team

Hi there Ive recently purchased the HM double choc smoothie /meal replacement Ive been having them twice a day , but reduced to once this morning . Has anyone else suffered extreme gas and gas pain, bloating etc from these smoothies? It’s absolutely awful. It happens to me with diet/protein bars that have artificial sweeteners but I thought this was meant to be natural . ( although they taste like they have too much artificial sweetener) Thanks in advance D.

The Healthy Mummy
The Healthy Mummy   DM

Hi Dee, thanks for trying the Double Choc Smoothie, I'm really sorry to see this and to hear you are experiencing pain, thats not what we want for our Mums at all, there are definitely no artificial nasties like flavours, colours or preservatives, though there is a natural sweetener, I wonder if perhaps your reaction is to this. Please get in touch if you would like to talk further, and please return to us within 30 days if you would like a refund, here are the steps on how to do that, I hope this helps. external link  We have lots of super helpful articles around bloating also, if you search bloating here, this may be helpful, thanks for being a member of our community - external link  Alex - Healthy Mummy team

I’m not a mum, but would love to join the program and Facebook group and purchase the products. Is that possible?

The Healthy Mummy
The Healthy Mummy   DM

Hi Anastasia, we'd love for you to join. The program is geared toward Mums and you will see a lot of the content is family focused, but we have lots of members who are not Mums and you are very welcome. I hope to see you there, and I hope we can help you achieve your goals! Alex - Healthy Mummy team

Do you need to be a recent mum to use your products, app and join the Facebook group. My son is now 37. Your shakes have the highest rating so far. Cheers

Hi, I am wanting to try this but unsure with what path to follow. Normal, tummy or Premium. Leaning towards the tummy or premium, although the normal has more variety of flavours. What are the biggest differences I guess ?

Jasmine

I find the sweetener in the normal one quite strong, its overly sweet and bitter at the same time, i struggle to get it down. I'm going to try the platinum one, hopefully its better!

I bought the vanilla smoothie but found the texture too grainy. Is there a smoothie with a different texture? Am interested in the Tummy one. Or am I mixing it wrong?

Ang

Hi Carol, I've just purchased the vanilla tummy & I don't find that one grainy. I've had it as a blended smoothie so far. The original smoothies are grainy in comparison to the premium smoothies.

How can we measure 30g without a scope or scales ?

The Healthy Mummy
The Healthy Mummy   DM

Hi Jess, great question. The easiest way to do it would most likely be with a table spoon. A tablespoon holds approximately 15 grams, so two full tablespoons should do it. I hope this helps, you could also add a scoop to your next Healthy Mummy order. Contact us on support@thehealthymummy.com and we'll do our best to help. Alex - The Healthy Mummy

can you please advise 1. can you purchase thr shake mixes in new zealand 2. does this programme have to be thru an app 3. do you have to comsume the snacks. are they compulsary eating 4. can i do this programme at 65 years young 5. i have a spinal disease. can the exercises be adjusted. thanks glenis

BunG75
BunG75

1. external link  2. There is a website and an app. You can use either or both. 3. You don’t have to consume anything you don’t want to or don’t like. It’s basically calorie counting so if you want more food and less snacks, yes, you can do that. 4. There is no age limit, so yes, 65 years young is fine. 5. The exercises are good for all levels of fitness but if I was you, I would just walk or cycle on an exercise bike with back problems. Even though I’m happy to answer your questions Glenis, please think twice before joining this program. They were ok in their first couple of years of operation but now they are only interested in making money. You can even sell their products now very much like an Avon or Tupperware lady...all about the money. I have purchased 6 different smoothie flavours, looking for one that tastes ok... I haven’t found one that’s not grainy and artificial tasting. I’m just saying, do your homework. There are plenty of other programs out there that are better value for money and don’t bombard you with email everyday to purchase products. These are other weight loss programs listed on this site... https://www.productreview.com.au/c/diet-exercise-weight-loss-services The following sites are New Zealand based... external link  external link  And this program is online and app based I believe... external link

All the best Glenis
