I don’t have a scoop. How many tablespoons should I use?
Hi David, We're so sorry to hear of this! Could you please email the batch information from the back of your shake, along with your order number to help@theladyshake.com.au and the team will organise a replacement for you. Thank you and once again, we apologise for the inconvenience!
I have been on lady shake since march 2021 and love it. I have lost my weight but still want to keep using lady shake but in the last week I have put in the bin a bag of choc mint and a bag of honey comb. The honey comb tasted like there was bits of plastic in it. Choc mint looked terrible when mixed with water. Not drinkable. Has there been a bad batch.
Hi Denise We are sorry to hear you haven't enjoyed your last order of lady shake All of our products at The Man & Lady Shake are quality checked throughout production, we do batch tests once products arrive at our facility and would never knowingly send out a faulty product so we are super sorry that this has happened.
We take all product issues very seriously and ask that you provide us with some further information so we can have our Quality Team re-assess the batch you were sent.
If you email us at customerservice@theladyshake.com.au we can see if there was a problem with the batch number
Hi, I’ve started putting 1/2 coconut milk and half water. I read that almond milk is not so healthy. Now I plan on adding banana or berries just to make it different! Ps. This is only my first week!
This is a great product. I have lost all my weight. Just stick to it even when scales don’t move.
Your advertising states use two scoops but does not state what equates to each scoop as I do not have a lady shaker what is your term for a scoop please.
