Any chance at all you'll change the Vanilla back to how it was? I just don't understand companies who decided to change the "formula" must be a cheaper option, otherwise why?? after years of buying from you, the vanilla now smells & tastes like caramel. Any chance at all, you'll change it back to how it was?
We’re really sorry to hear that the new Vanilla flavour isn’t hitting the mark for you. Our goal with any product update is always to improve your experience, not take away from it, so we completely understand your frustration.
We’ve passed your feedback on to our product team, as we’re always reviewing and refining based on what our customers are telling us. You're not alone in noticing the flavour change, and it’s something we're actively looking into.
While we can’t promise immediate changes, please know your voice absolutely matters and has been heard. We’re committed to delivering products our loyal customers love and trust, and your input helps shape what that looks like.
Thankyou so much for your reply! I'm very pleased to hear I'm not the only one,l. I hope you're customers feedback is taken on board & you can undo what ever changes you've made to the vanilla. Thanks again for your reply. It means alot. Fingers crossed.
I also noticed a weird difference in my recent vanilla purchase. I thought it was more fruity but yah caramel could be right too. Hope they switch back, I miss the creamy vanilla.
I just can't stand caramel & as soon as I opened the bag that's what I could smell & also once mixed it had a caramel taste, yuk! So I contacted the lady Shake & they sent me a prepaid label and I sent them back. Just can't believe these companies that just decide to " change the formula" without telling their customers, after many years of buying these shakes, I'm looking elsewhere now, there's plenty of other companies out there now. Just beyond disappointed
Thank you all for sharing your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy the taste of your recent purchases, and we understand how disappointing it can be when a product is tweaked after many years of loyalty.
We did recently make some adjustments to the flavour profile of our Vanilla based on customer feedback, with the hope of improving it — but we’re genuinely sorry this update missed the mark for you guys. We’re passing your comments on to our product team.
We always appreciate feedback, as it helps us keep improving.
Can you have the lady shake when you have a bad liver
I would strongly suggest that you check with your doctor.
Is this a safe products without caffeine?
Hi Jane The Man Shake and The Lady Shake contains trace amounts of green tea extract and about 0.5mg of caffeine per serve. However, you would need to consume around 90 Man or Lady Shakes to receive the same amount of caffeine you would in one cup of coffee. Hope this helps!
Is this true for the coffee flavour as well? Or does that have more caffeine?
The amount stated in the lady shake coffee is 98 mg per serving :)
Why Does the vegan lady shake vanilla case flowery
My husband and I have ordered the 3 plus one free lady-shake and man shake today . If we add frozen fruit in with the vanilla would that add extra calories . Plus we are planning to replace breakfast and lunch with the shake and have a meal in the evening . We do like our wine ! What if any would we be aloud or is that a no no . Thankyou in advance .
Hi there Thanks for reaching out and that's a great question! Drinking too much can have a devastating impact on your health, including your weight. As it’s so easy to down several glasses of alcohol in one sitting, the calories start stacking up very quickly.
Check out Adam's BLOG on how many calories in your favorite beer / wine & see how yours stacks up! external link
If you’ve decided that your weight loss is stalling because of what you drink, it can sometimes feel difficult to know how to cut out alcohol, especially if it’s something you’re so used to having. You can start by gradually cutting down, drinking more soft drinks on a night out (low-calorie ones, natch), buying smaller bottles from the supermarket or drinking at home just a few times a week instead of every day. There are a lot of low-calorie or low-alcohol drinks on the market these days as manufacturers realize that health-conscious consumers want the taste without the negatives, so experiment with some of these to see which ones you like. There is also an increasing number of low-calorie wines reaching our shelves.
Remember life is about balance and if you want to lose weight and keep it off choose your alcohol consumption wisely.
In relation to mixing fruit with your shakes. This is a great option. However, just ensure that it is no more than a handful of berries as berries can also be high in sugar.
Kind regards. TLS Team
Thanks so much for getting back to me . Can’t wait till our shakes arrive . Thanks again
I want to try lady shake but I asked chemist what snacks if any are you allowed and what us your normal meal made of. They didn’t know and I can’t find any brochures on this please repky
Hey Karen.... It is important that what you are snacking on has beneficial nutrients for your body and isn’t just empty calories. A lot of snacks contain refined carbohydrates and all these snacks do is cause a downward energy spiral, which ends up making us even hungrier.
We recommend having a snack rich with protein, unlike carbohydrate rich snacks such as biscuits and chips, protein snacks will have you feeling fuller for longer after eating them and will tide you over until your next meal.
Some recommended snacks include 1 natural yogurt (160 grams) 1 man or lady bar 1 small handful of unsalted nuts (walnuts, cashews, macadamias, almonds) 13g bag of popcorn 165g baked beans 1 small tin of tuna 2 rice cakes with tomato or 1/4 avocado A handful of olives Single serve of beef jerky Celery/carrot sticks with hummus A piece of fruit If you have any further questions please let us know
