How long before drinking do you make it up can I make in morning for afternoon shake.
If you make it morning to use evening it is good It will go thicker like yoghurt which is great because you can eat with a spoon and still as tasty.
Hey mate, Our shakes can be made and stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours. You may find it thickens slightly, so you may have to add more water and reshake before consuming this! :)

Was buying the mixed pack of Manshakes from the Supermarket and my husband was happy with them. I then purchased the 3pack + 1 for free off your site (60meals) and my husband said that the Caramel and chocolate ones do not get thick, they are like a milk shake. Just wanting to know if this is normal? The same amount of water is used in all drinks. Cheers Ellen
Hey Ellen, Due to the natural state of our shakes, this can be normal! We do advise to give your pack of shakes a good mix by rolling it around and loosening up the powder. If you think that your shake is too thin, then you can add less water - just make sure it is ice-cold!
