Why are doing such fraud?
I have had a number of emails from Nelson in customer support asking for bank details to return a refund. The email address doesn't exist!

I placed an order for 3x12 boxes of shiraz and have only received one box. Consignment Number on the one I have is UH30546059 and addressed to David Rew and showing Parcel 3 of 3.It went through my card as Wine Concierge Service Camberwell Could you please let me know where the other two boxes are

The company is real, but their business practises are more akin to an overseas Call Centre scam.
These people are serial pests... despite being fined for harassing people they still do it.
I am still getting calls even though I am on the no call list. Is there a way to take this a step further?

So what are the legal rights of stopping the phone call harassment?
You can write to the ACMA - they have already been fined $200,000 this year.
We need to start a class action they’re are paying big fines for harassing us but we dont get anything? We need a lawsuit and get compensated for being harassed daily.
I note that they have a court-enforceable undertaking monitored by an independent consultant to comply with the law. To that effect, I have contacted via LinekdIn their CEO, CFO and General Counsel asking them to cease and desist contacting me and reminding them of their legal obligation. Hopefully this is the last I hear from them!
