My black bracelet elastic has also broken, I notice most of the questions are regarding the black bracelet and wonder if there is a fault with them. I have worn mine 3 times-thankfully it broke at home and not out. Where can I get it repaired?

Hi Kaye, Thank you for your inquiry! We are happy to report that there is no ongoing issue with the black bracelet, and it is rare that we receive them back. However, we will definitely take your feedback into account.

These bracelets are made with nylon elastic. We use this option because of its durability and long-lasting nature, however, if overstretched they may break.

The same thing has happened to my black bead bracelet, it has been kept in its original boxing and has hardly been worn as it was a sentimental gift... it is out of the 12 months warranty period... I am just querying why this seems to be a theme regarding this is there a fault with this product

Hi Margaret, Thank you for your feedback! Our beaded bracelets are not meant to be over-stretched as this can result in the bracelet breaking. This is in the nature of most products that are made with stretch.

I purchased 1 pair of your silver hooped earings (item number CR608-001-12) on the 06/02/2021. 

I returned these earings to your Coventry return address with the requested paperwork via Royal Mail, Signed For Delivery on the 26/02/2021.

The return was due to one of them being faulty. The clasp would close properly and kept falling open.

Royal Mail have confirmed that the return was delivered on the 01/03/2021 signed for by 'Hurst' at 10.49 am.

I have tried to contact you online but unfortunately your website keeps saying error occurred, I have also emailed you.
