VerifiedGood afternoon ACCOUNT NUMBER 20739791 We got a quote for a delivery on invoice 65533482 of $76.30inc gst. When the invoice came there were 2 other charges - MC and MHP - have no idea what these are. We have charged our customer $76.30. Why aren't we quoted these other charges at time of booking and I request a credit for these. Regards Tricia McCormack
Where is the TNT local exchange near North Strathfield Sydney
My parcel has been dropped of at my TNT locat exchange. I live at North Strathfield where is my TNT local exchange
TNT is worst than worst courier I’ve ever encountered. They inserted card without bothering knocking the screen door then now we call the agent representative for redeliver and the 1st one we spoke she said that it will deliver ladt monday however we waiting all day from 7-5 and in between that time we rang their customer representative and he said to eait because the parcel was with the delivery man and it will deliver anytime that day, unfortunately there is no parcel delivered, so we call it again yesterday and the guy we spoke said that the delivery man hasn’t returned yet, but he said that it will redeliver today but someone call that it will not deliver today. You guys are ridiculous. we wasted how many days to wait out parcel to be delivered but you guys always excuse us. and why this delivery man can even bother knocking on the screen door, it’s obvious there is someone inside the house. You guys better to closed your company if you can’t provide good service to your customer and can’t deliver on time.
How is it possible for a business as incompetent as TNT to still be in operation?? Also how is it possible to have a star rating of 1.2, and not reply to the thousands of 1 star reviews you have??

If TNT issue a consignment number via the online booking system, they are contractually obligated to deliver to the address as listed on the booking system. Can you explain to me why I had to travel 86kms in total to collect my consignment from the depot, as it was regarded by TNT as an unserved area? Please also explain why this wasn't flagged by the system to my supplier as being unserved at the time of the booking. Don't try the IT difficulty excuse, as this works perfectly well if I try to book a pickup - I'm told no sorry, unserved area.

Yes, support and customer service are not in Australia. Called 20 times, each time its a foreign person with "Indian" accent. Don't use TNT if you're a business. It will fk you up completely. Useless bunch.
If a package goes missing, surely that's theft? Curious to know how my rather expensive desk would be treated. The sender who I purchased the item from shouldn't be forced to claim on insurance since the contract wasn't satisfied. TNT have basically stolen this item. If you're in the business of handling goods, you can't mislay them and assume you can continually get away with it. The stories above are shocking and unfortunately reflect where I am right now. I read ACCC, local MP, social media, postign here, perhaps the Ombudsman, but surely a legal path is still the most effective option since TNT are point balnk refusing to even respond.

Unfortunately my consignment says it had been delivered.. now it says it was loaded on a truck 3 weeks ago. I hear you Ernest that sometimes deliveries can be late, but this isn't just a week late.
Why did TNT dump 2 of my deliveries over the past week at a news agency without even trying to deliver it to my home, where I work from? If you are dealing with too much volume to deliver to my home today, then why would you put it on a truck? Why not just send it out tomorrow or in 2 days time? One final question, is it true that the entire senior management team at TNT are actually gold fish?
I payed premium freight price to have my parcel delivered. It arrived in Albury around 7am, it was processed 3 times today in Albury and then disappeared from tracking and not delivered in Wodonga which is 8km away. I was told I can't pick it up from the depot on a Saturday morning because they are closed. Customer service is non existant.The worst delivery service I have ever encountered. Customers beware. No wonder TNT have a one star rating.

I think these review forums are one way but I do not expect these postings to change TNT's appalling service at every level. The most effective way to get a message to TNT is to refuse to do business with companies who use them for delivery based on that being an effective supplier's service failure. I refuse to order any deliveries from companies who use TNT or Fastways. One supplier I told this has sacked TNT because of my complaints and complaints of other customers. As a postscript to my posting on TNT it turned out that the overnight delivery was sitting in TNT's warehouse for over one week waiting for them to find a convenient delivery time for them to deliver! Has now been retrieved by my supplier.
Agree with you. I told my supplier to re-delivery with Auspost after they got the return goods.The supplier is big brand and it does raise their caution that their brand and reputation could be affected by such unprofessional courier.
This is the only way to try to get the message through to TNT/FedEx. Don't give up, keep hammering away at them. As for me, I put in a new account enquiry - the sales rep will call you trying for new business - then you can try to educate the poor fella as to who he's actually working for.
I ordered airpods from Apple and they didn’t knock on my door they just put the letter in the mailbox and said where to pick it up from, I went to pick it up and it wasn’t there, I then called tnt and they said they can’t find where my package is? Does this happen a lot
Im not sure if its normal. I think they should reattempt to deliver it again. I also think you can call the customer service on 131150 and contact apple as well to get to know where is the parcel. Good luck with that!
Im having the same issue right now. They told me to pick it up from my local paper shop but its not there, and they cant find where it is.

Please pick up within 7 days NEXT Day...nothing...i ring tnt around 9..so where do i pick up from? Couldnt find package in system. Will get back to you befor end of day with info......3pm no word.....i ring fedex ( who are absorbing tnt in Australia to become fedex australia and are very well aware of the absolute rubbish service provided by tnt ) Fedex assistant said i will let you know within the hour. He rang back 30 mins later and told me tnt reports it dropped at local newsagency . He gave me address and phone number of the place. Surprise surprise....its not there or at any of the three reasonably local newsagencies. I ring back fedex and he was dissapointed but not surprised. He opened a case for my package recovery and reassured me it will be found. I ring back tnt....thanks for nit getting back to me and yet you can give the fedex partner false info. There was no evidence the package was dropped there. It hasnt been scanned in at this drop off location. It was supposed to be but wasnt and that should have been evident on their system so why waste peoples time.? So come monday it will be 6 days.....if weekends are included in the 7 days. I hope that fedex got the company for a song because business was poor and they fix it.

I sent a small pallet weighing about 70kg from goulburn to the TNT depot at WOREE . tnt charged me 4200 dollars, IU complained and after a week an employee of the INVESTIGATION team gets back and says he has investigated and its all ok. only thing he sent me a different con number than the one I wanted investigating. so I put another complaint and today somebody sends me another email saying after investigation they find nothing wrong and I have to pay. we'll as far a s I know if you have a service which should be charged around the 100 dollar mark and you get charged 4200. I do believe its called fraud. so maybe my next port of calll will be ICAC, as this has stressed me out and made me think of packing it all in should I go for damages as my health is getting impaired now. please somebody advise we have to stop this ripping off.
11 packages were sent from HK , 10 were delivered on 7 August. 1 package was separated from the lot and arrived to TNT on 12 August 2019. Today, 22 August it is still with TNT waiting for customs to let it through. TNT customer service agents advised that there is nothing they can do, that it can be held indefinitely, and if we complain we may never get the package.. We are running business, The package is part of trading stock. The item inside is part of a kit. As result we have lots of unhappy clients cancelling the orders. As many people who complained before us we will obviously try to avoid using TNT in future. Not that anyone in TNT cares or can or want do anything judging by reviews on this site.
This is a problem when a company becomes so big they do not care. I rang their customer contact centre and one of the women would talk to someone else halfway through conversation. When a company has a rating of 1.3 what can you expect?
