Hi, My order never arrived from Toll. First they said they lost it, now they saying it's been delivered - It hasn't I work from home and am home 24/7. They say they'll provide proof of delivery, which is a slip of paper that has No signature on it. My order is still missing? I just want my items that I have paid for. Does anyone know what legal action I can take from here??

After ordering an umbrella, base and cover through Spotlight on November 3rd, Toll has had it since the 8th. On the 20th Nov they claim they attempted delivery, then changed it to " they couldn't access property....when in fact no delivery was attempted at all. After countless calls and emails they deliver an 1 item on the 6th Dec, no scan or notification of this. Then today they say all items have been scanned and delivered, which isn't possible as they have already delivered an item yesterday! So after receiving an item today and still missing an item, i'm told all items have been delivered today the 8th Dec! So i call Toll again, they have no idea what is going on. Can anyone please help!!! I just want the items i have paid for!

Hey, Jude - was that through the customer service call centre? It seems as if their emails are answered through the same service? I can't believe my item was scanned 'sorted to destination' in Brisbane for long distance road transport, two weeks ago and nothing has happened since. Trucks apparently do the run every two days, according to the bookings clerk. I've been promised that the Freight Investigator will contact me once the item is scanned - not helpful. I will be able to see that myself? And it's not possible talk by phone to anyone at the depot where my parcel is supposedly sitting.

I ordered on 5th feb from kogan & was estimated for 9th at FAIRFIELD 2165 but was scheduled for delivery on 15th feb but i was not at home. They scheduled to redeliver on 18th feb but didnt came then I called them to leave my parcle at door but despite that they again left card in my mailbox on 19th feb. I called them on 22 feb that i will collect but they told they have no idea which location is that parcle in & recommended to redeliver on 23 by 100%. I requested them to make driver call to me before he reach. Me along with my 2 friends awaited whole day but lastly at 4 : 45 big truck of toll came on the street, stopped, an asian 50+ driver with glass saw us on balcony then drove it again in rush. He neither called me too. He was thinking to put the card in mailbox while he stopped but he ran after watching us. I complained to customer care about the driver did & she just said sorry n rescheduled for tomorrow n finally i said i can wait only until 12 pm & she said she will let me know & i know i am just getting lied.

I had a parcel that Toll was charged with delivering. When it had not arrived in 2 weeks I contacted the seller who sent me a shipping slip saying it had been delivered. It had a false signature and had my name as the recipient. When I contacted TOll I was told it had been delivered. I explained that on the date it was meant o be delivered I was at work all day and could not have signed the parcel. My wife and a son where there all that day, no truck came up my driveway. I live on a bush block with a 140 meter long driveway, My dogs bark when any vehicle comes up our drove. They did not bark at any that day as nothing came up the driveway. My neighbour has CCTV cameras one of which picks up my driveway. It proves that npo truck or van or any vehicle other than our own came up our driveway that day. I contacted tOLL each day, over 4 days, sometimes multiple rimes. I was always told some investigated was looking into it and would call me in 2 hours, that afternoon, email me, call by 8am the next day. THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK!! In the end they have thrown it back on me to deal with the seller even though they have proof of it being picked up from them. I am going to go to the police and have TOLL charged with theft and fraud. To make it better (or worse) it turns out my son was expecting a parcel from another company, sent via Toll, that has also gone missing. Two parcels, from different senders to the same address lost by toll, who accept no responsibility. M Me message to everyone is don't use toll they lose parcels, they mislead and lie about what has happened (in my experience), their customer service s a waste of time, their managers don't give a toss and say you have to deal with the supplier.

Beware of toll. Avoid at all costs if you want an item delivered to where it is sent. My question is, where do these lst parcels end up?? Does the driver acquire them, do their warehouses have items go missing from them, do their drivers deliver to wrong addresses and lie???

Where is my item and the heaps reviews here show are lost. Are their thieves working for you or are you just very good at losing things thru lies and incompetence? Why do your customer service agents lie and lier and lie??

I had a company file a cannote file lodged (etrader) 3 months after i ordered and the been denying acknowledging one of my orders even though I had 3 separate receipts what does cannote filed mean please anyone

Hello, I wish to rearrange either delivery or a package pick up, that I missed the delivery for. I missed the delivery on November 8th. I was given a card, with no pick up address, or a Booking Ref No.

The consignment number is 8784310607770. I am from Perth, in Western Australia. Tracking says (on November 12) that it is in Toll Ipec Priority, although I don't know what this means.

Having your phone booking based in Manila is the most frustrating experience to go through just to get an overnight job booked in. This is due to the Toll representative & the Australian person doing the booking being not being able to understand one an other .. Norma

as well as the Toll representative often being hard to understand, even when communication is clear, there is a major lack of communication between TOLL itself -Manila - Australia. Manila make any promise to get you off the phone, and do not communicate to people here

Why cant you take better care of your deliveries? Why give a date for delivery when you have no intention of delivering it then. Why cant customers complain to someone who will take action and do something rather than a Call Centr who could give a stuff !

My item from Office Works arrives at Hobart Depot 15th March. Phone, told it would be delivered and to wait in. Not delivered. Phoned mon, tues, wed and thurs 21st, every day told it would be delivered. Nothing yet. The worst part.......I found out today their depot is 4km from my house!!!! Terrible service, staff stuck to their 'crib sheet' unable to help. Rather pay a 10 year old with a push bike, would get my package quicker..... Further their Depot do not answer their phones.
