Shocking people! I've paid $605 and nothing was done! I have same noise on ceiling insulation as before! They don't want to return money, don't want to do treatment again, what to do with these criminals?

They are terrible!!! Need to go to the ACCC, everyone does!! They won’t listen to one complaint but if there’s lots they will.

I have read numerous posts about people going to the ACCC. I think they’ve been getting away with it for this long because they operate under multiple different business names and ABNs. I’m in the process of receiving legal advice and I am hoping to take this further. However, I wonder if a class action law suit through the federal court would benefit this situation? Either way, something seriously needs to be done. They’ve been operating and scamming people for years and it finally needs to stop.

I'm not sure why my review consistently turns to not published... (19/4/24): Negative stars. They literally stood outside my house, wrote me an invoice, and then sent upwards of 30 sms/phone calls between 3 and 8pm hassling me to pay - this is recorded on CCTV. Do not use this 'company'. It's a scam.
