VerifiedIs there a number that I can call to talk to a Supervisor. I have been chasing a refund for months and each time I get an apology and a promise that the money will be in my account within 7 days and nothing ever happens. As I said this has been going on for months......shocking service !!!!

Hello, I’m wondering where my parcel is !! I ordered a hooded blanket from Groupon through TopBuy Shenzhen and the last tracked shipping was on the 8th June, and it’s now early July ... there has been no update since, contacted both Groupon and the shipping company and both say to contact TopBuy who supplied the product, please can I have some sort of answer, I haven’t been able to get in contact with TopBuy until I found this and need an answer ASAP !
Groupon were no help to me will never buy from them again

Good Morning, we bought 8 stretch dining chair covers in Zebra fabric and 7 of them are fabulous. the product arrived in good time. I made my order for first time and its my son"s birthday shoe but reading all this reviews i'm little bit concerned if the shoe will be delivered on time or not i usually order from main manufacturer and always delivers before delivery date which is commendable ! Am also concern about the shoe quality if it fake or original ! The shoe is meant to be dispatched on May 2 but still showing stock arrived. I just hope i don't have terrible experience with is company.

Hi Teilah! Great question! Regrettably, we only offer express delivery on some parcels which are being dispatched from within Australia, and you will usually see this being advertised on checkout. Parcels coming from over seas will usually take 2 - 3 weeks, and often our options to expedite this are limited. In most instances, you parcel will arrive at the soonest possible date.
