I can already see you guys charge a completely ridiculous fee of $12 for number porting? Nobody else does. Why do you?
These reviews are terrible and I’ve just made the mistake of signing up. Let’s see how long I’m without a phone for while you fumble around trying to steal everyone’s identity.

Do not have to wait long for support like some telcos but trying to get some basic information is like trying to ring blood out of a stone. I had received an email from TPG to say that my mobile 5G service would revert back to 4G/3G. I had contacted TPG to try to find out what was going on and was assured that this would not happen and I would be contacted with the details via email rather than assurances over the phone. It just has not happened I am still waiting. This is 4th time trying to get a HARD COPY of some basic information.

I renew my plan but no data
1. I always find unknown mobile numbers shown on my usage records, and TPG charged me the calls and SMSs, but actually I didn’t make that calls or SMSs, even I don’t know who own these mobile numbers.
1 SMS I didn’t send and don’t know who is the owner of that mobile number, it did show on my TPG usage record 5 days ago. I tried to find out what happened, I sent another SMS to this mobile number, and made a call to this number, but heard the recording says: “This number could not be connected, please check your number again”. TPG please explain these.
2. I called TPG to cancel the voice mail service which I didn’t request. The operator said they have cancelled this service right now for me. But later the each 15 cents charge of voice mail services still go on and on ........... Can TPG stop it?
3. How TPG bills the local text messages? After I sent out a message, WHY on the bill, TPG charges me several times for 1 text ?
Does anyone have the same experience? Can TPG explain these ........ Thanks.
I would just report them to the telecom ombudsman as I did and I got a full refund of $50 off TPG within 24 hrs for the final monthly charge, that intially they said I'd forfit as they said I had asked for a instant home phone/internet cancellation. I didn't I requested a 30 day notice cancellation, upon the first call centre operators advise.
I refer to the matter raised on your behalf by the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman, TIO Reference *******"". I understand that your complaint is about the requested refund. I appreciate your time on the phone today. I can confirm that the cancellation of your account has been finalised per your request. As agreed, TPG will provide a refund of $49.99 in an effort to resolve the matter. You may expect this amount to be credited back on the nominated payment method on file within 3 to 5 business days.
Product Review Website and its members, I wish to clarify here I don’t know who is Dave Hamlon, the person who provided the so called answers above. I did not phone him and did not authorise him to do anything on my behalf. Above what he says were rubbish.

Have changed my mind about going with TPG for my mobile. A SIM card is on its way in the mail, if I don’t use it will TPG still deduct funds from my bank account because of an over the phone agreement ? I’m scared of going with TPG now, having a bad experience with Amaysim and having to go through the ombudsman. I don’t want to have this happen again, but the reviews are terrifying ! Please tell me if I do not change sim over I will stay with my current provider and TPG can’t do anything about it? Thank you, Rachel.
It might pay to call TPG and cancel the agreement if you don't want to go ahead with them and activate the Sim. Just because you had a bad experience with Amaysim doesn't mean that others are the same. You might have to make up your mind as to who you want to go with.

TPG has been charging my account for Voice mail service I have never subscribed to or used. I've made several complaints over the phone and online but they still charge my account for that. I don't receive any SMS notifications for Voice mail, they just keep charging me. How can I get my money back and stop them charging me for non-existent service?

Why is TPG not answering anything here, it seems they have no single positive review at this thread ? Currently - I'm on the NBN internet with TPG and we have the very good experience and it's reliable, but I'm not with the mobile with them and I get their sms offer messages for it, that i haven't signed up for.

Wow, I was about to sign on the dotted line for a TPG mobile plan, but after reading these shocking reviews that involve repeated incidences of money gouging from the credit cards of your customers, there is absolutely no way that I will be stepping anywhere near your company. Just thought you should know.
Hi Jenny, We’re sad to hear that you have decided not to sign up with TPG. Before we charge our customers for any additional charges outside of the plan inclusion TPG will send customer a SMS informing them.
We hope you will consider TPG again in future.

During the month of November, Amaysin is having a better deal with 10GB data for $20 a month
arhhhhhh, Aldi Mobile has unlimited calls and SMS plus 18GB data for $25. Amaysim's offerings pale in to insignificance compared to Aldi Mobile. bye

Hi VENKA, you can do this in two ways. Both iPhone & Android users can download TPG App for free. This application is designed to keep track of your own usage and billing charges in a monthly basis.

Log into your TPG account and click on "Check your current balance".

If you dont know your password use the TPG Forgot your password link and enter your customer ID or username and it will send you the reset password details using the email you registered initially with TPG. If this doesnt work you may need to contact TPG support.

Pretty simple - Log onto your account at TPG mobile and click on " my mobile"on the right hand side, enter "username" and "password", click on your number, click on "mobile usage", click one the month you are enquiring and the details are there..thank you
