Is is possible to watch TVSN on free to air television in Benalla, Victoria?
I live in Regional Far West NSW and had previously been able to vie TVSN on channel 57 -our free to air view is delivered via Southern Cross Austereo - Spencer Gulf/Port Lincoln/Broken Hill and for the past few weeks we are no longer receiving TVSN, but a Gecko TV Shopping channel. I have tried auto -tuning in the hope that TVSN would come up on a new channel but this is not the case. I sent my query throught to SCA but have not received a response. Can you please advise?
Hi. Tvsn is not broadcasting to regional areas now. I'm vin Cleve SA and don't get it any more. Pretty annoyed.
I live in Armidale NSW and for the past two days I have been having some issues with the station. It goes off for a few seconds and makes a strange noise as if there's an interference.
Same here in Tasmania has always been ok before

I have just ordered a dress from tvsn using paypal and paypal pay in 4 option came up so I chose it as my payment method but as yet I haven't received an order confirmation from TVSN which usually pops up in my email within 15minutes.Does TVSN accept paypal pay in 4? Thanks-Kathy
Hi Kathy Paypal is a payment option supported via the TVSN platform. Please keep in mind your Paypal instalments will be debited from your account fortnightly and if you are also utilising the TVSN Easy Payment there may be a slight disconnect in terms of payment dates as TVSN Easy Payments are debited monthly.
If you do not receive an order confirmation via email please contact TVSN Customer Care on 13 23 10.

Hi Jindy, thank you for taking the time to respond to my query:-) On the TVSN website (at the top of the page) for delivery information enquiries it states: ...Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. Please contact Customer Care on 13 12 10 for any further enquiries. I contacted this number and Optus responded with, "This number has been disconnected". I know the 13 23 10 number hasn't changed but I got no response from this number today either. I've emailed TVSN and hope to get a response tomorrow. Kind regards, Cianna

I purchased a Invictus hand held cordless vacuum and it wont stay charged for longer than a few seconds. I have tried connecting it harder to the connector at the back with a rubber band or a ribbon but it is very frustrating. Please can I have a refund or replace it with one that works. its driving me mad as I have two dogs and was really wanting to persevere with the purchase but its toooooooo frustrating. its an invictus SP-001A

its the invictus one. its supposed to be powerful but this only lasts less than one minute. I dont think its appropriate for you Sean O to LOL (laugh out loud). This product was very expensive and is useless.

As posted above, you bought this from TV Shop, not Tvsn! But here is little free advice... I have a Dyson v6 animal stick,. I also have two Rottweilers. Handheld vacuums are useless for picking up dog hair, absolutely useless!!! They may pick a little on hard flooring but nothing off carpet. I have a 28 year old Wertheim traditional style vacuum that does a great job on carpet.My so called "animal stick " is redundant, I use it only for cleanibg my car.
I brought the skinn birthday kit and would like to buy more of the skinn products. But I can't find some of the products. Why is this not a option to keep up on the products I like ?
Think very carefully before buying any products from TVSN. In my opinion they spout untruths and exaggerations.
I would like to know what they do with all the half used products they receive back with their money back guarantee! If you can use an appliance for 30 days and send it back if you don’t like it what do they do with that appliance? On-sell it used , that’s what I think! I had to return two appliances I bought from them because they stopped working.

Hi, Have been unable to receive Channel 16 (TVSN) for some months. Upgraded our aerial and filters today but still no Channel 16. Is there a problem? We live in postcode 2153 and reception on all other channels is fine. Regards, Tony
Hello Tony Sorry to read you cannot access TVSN on channel 16. I am not aware of any broadcast issues to postcode 2153, therefore, there may be other factors at play, such as the age of your television.
There are other mechanisims (e.g. set top boxes) available to access channel 16 which I can take you through if you would like to contact me on 13 23 10.

I have used all of Elizabeth Grant neck creams and they do not have any fragrance. I cannot tolerate fragrance in skin care. Hope this helps.

Hello TVSN is now on Channel 16 due to an upgrade in technology used to disseminate the broadcast signal. Recently purchased TV's will auto tune to receive channel 16 whilst older model TV's will need to be manually re-tuned.

Hello If your TV is in excess of 5 to 6 years old a set top box may be required to access channel 16. You may have already attempted to re-tune as per the below tips but I will include for reference:
1. Press menu on your box or TV remote control. 2. Select set up, installation, update, or a similar option. 3. Select first-time installation (sometimes called factory reset, full retune or default settings). 4. Press OK if your equipment asks if it's OK to delete existing channels, then your retune should start automatically.
If you are unable to watch us on your TV we have the following options available:
• Watch LIVE and Catch-Up TV via the TVSN website Please visit external link and go to the ‘Watch’ tab at the top of the homepage.
• TVSN App for phone and tablet Download the free TVSN App on your phone or tablet via the Google Play Store or iTunes App Store.
