Hi Norm, Thats correct. Once you submit an order from our website, we'll send you an email to let you know when your order is ready to collect. For items in stock at one of our stores, this generally happens within 1-2 hours. If its not in stock in our store, we may need to transfer it from our warehouse in Mansfield and that can take 1-2 days. Based on the time you've been waiting, I am assuming it wasn't in stock at the store at the time of the order.

If you have questions about your order, you can contact us via our website where we have both our phone number and a form you can use to contact us. We can then confirm for you exactly whats happening with your order - I've been unable to locate it based on the limited information I can see from Product Review.

Finally, if you can let us know what number you contacted and we can follow that up. I have checked and can confirm our phone number is definitely not disconnected so it may be listed incorrectly somewhere that we need to fix.

Hi Jaxen, I'm sorry, I don't understand what you mean. Do you mean our 'Customise your PC' service? Assuming so, you can choose your own parts and our team can verify if they will work in your build or our team can provide you with a list of recommendations.

Hi Thomas, We do not currently have an ETA as to when (or if) we will get this back in stock. When we have an ETA for a particular product, it is listed on the product page and while it is only an estimate, it is based on the information we have from the supplier. Where there is no date, it means the supplier has not yet provided us with an ETA and we're unsure when we will get it back in stock.

Our Mansfield store is where our PC Build Team is located, therefore that is where your PC will be built; however, we can have it ready for pickup at either our Mansfield and Eight Mile Plains locations. Hence, we suggest ordering from either store depending on which is closest for you.

The product you are looking for is currently in stock and available at our Chermside store: external link  If it's your first time purchasing from our Umart; please note, our sales team can provide assistance in-store with information about any specific product and help you place an order in person. However, once an order is placed, you may need to wait up to 1 hour for us to process your order and have it ready for collection.

Because all instock items on our website are listed as 1 hour click and collect; customers will still need to place an order online for us to process and get the item ready for collection email.

We offer a Custom PC Build service for $149, where trained professionals will insure the quality of your build (this includes a rigorous testing phase, to ensure your build meets our highest standards) and you will also get a 1 year manufacturer's warranty. When utilizing our Custom PC Build service, it is expected to take between 5-7 business days; for us to have your PC ready for dispatch. This allows us to get all the parts together, build it, install any Operating System or Drivers and make sure the machine is running to the highest possible standard.

Let me know if you require any recommendations, as we can also provide Custom PC Build recommendations. Please let me know the intended use (Work, Gaming, Editing etc…), any specific components you are interested in (GPU, CPU etc…) and if you plan on gaming, the games you’d wish to run.

Hi Tracey, Thanks for your question; the processing time for our Eight Mile Plains store is 1 hour. Once an order has been processed, you will receive an email notifying you that it is ready to collect with your order number. You can collect your item by showing the Sales Staff the email you received.

Please note this only applies to instock items; you will need to make sure that the product you are looking for is listed as instock or 1 hour click and collect at our Eight Mile Plains location. If this is not the case, the time it takes may vary depending on the product.

If the item you are looking for is not in stock at our Eight Mile Plains Store, we suggest checking if the item is available at our Mansfield Store instead. Since both locations are very close to each other, it's worth checking if stock is available for a specific product at either store.

Hi Abram, Sorry for the late reply and thanks for your question, our Custom Build’s $149.00 price is only for the service charge for building your PC, Windows OS and the other components involved are priced separately on top of the service charge. Hi Aaron, Sorry for the late reply, the AOC 49in monitor you are after is expected to be in stock at our Croydon store on the 02/01/2022. However please note the current Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) may be subject to change, as the ETA is just an estimate and it's difficult to pinpoint the exact date of when new stock will arrive.

Is there a specific reason as to why you are looking for an AOC monitor? Our sales team suggested 2 similar monitors that may interest you; firstly the LG 49in QHD IPS Ultra Wide Monitor (49WL95C-WE) for $1,999.00 (https://www.umart.com.au/LG-49in-QHD-IPS-Ultra-Wide-Monitor--49WL95C-WE_58907G.html), however it is a 60Hz monitor compared the AOC’s 120Hz and therefore it will have a slightly lower display quality.

The other option is a Samsung 49in DualQHD VA 120Hz Curved HDR 1000 FreeSync2 Gaming Monitor (LC49RG90SSEXXY) for $1,799.00 (https://www.umart.com.au/Samsung-49in-DualQHD-VA-120Hz-Curved-HDR-1000-FreeSync2-Gaming-Monitor--LC49RG90SSEXXY_50676G.html). This monitor is a 120Hz and it uses the same display panel as the AOC 49in monitor.

However, as an alternative they have recommended a: Asrock Radeon RX 6700 XT Challenger Pro 12G OC Graphics Card for $1,299.00 external link
