Hello my boy bought a gaming card through your online store back in march. It is not working properly and we want to return and get new or get money back. I have proof of purchase on my bank statement. What do i need to do as he is quite upset as it cost $300 or so? Regan Shorey.

If you go into store they should send it off for repairs for you. In some cases you may get a full replacement. Just remember to take the receipt and the item in its original box.

You might be able to get delivery from Milton but I've always picked it up from the store if that's what your asking?

They do delivery (from Milton at least) but I've never shopped there, a friend of mine has although he's always gone to the Milton store rather than having stuff delivered.

Not in my case, no. A week later with no tracking number and they tell me that it's out of stock and won't be back in stock, so refunded my money. Were they ever actually going to tell me that they weren't sending my product? Why was it listed on their site if they weren't ever going to restock it?
